The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
An additional £50 bond is required on payment of your balance and will be refunded within one week of your departure once the caravan has been checked.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Brand new superior plus/deluxe 8 berth caravan. One double room and two twin rooms. The lounge sofa folds out to make an additional double bed making this an 8 berth caravan.
The living room is open planned and consists of a spacious lounge with dining area, gas fire, LCD freeview tv, dvd and hifi. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge,full size oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other utensils needed in a modern kitchen.
There is a spacious shower room with wc with a second seperate wc. There is additional heating provided.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is not provided but can be hired on site for a fee.
Cds, board games, deck chairs, buckets and spades, iron, ironing board, pegs, airers, hair dryer and hoover are provided.
For your own safety the caravan is equipped with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. CHECK OUT IS 10am.
Due to recent problems with items being removed from the caravan and damage being caused by people simply treating my caravan badly I am now having to charge a £50 bond.Its not something I want to do and have declined from doing so in the past but unfortunately I now have no choice. The bond will be refunded within 1 week of your departure once my caravan has been checked by myslf. If however damage has been caused or any items are missing then the cost for repair or renewal will be deducted. The odd broken glass or plate is understandable and will not be charged.

Primrose Valley has beach access where you can also walk directly to Filey town centre along the beach.
On site facilities at Haven's 5 star Primrose Valley consists of 4 pools, fairground, full size fishing lake, lazer quest, starbucks, burger king, fish and chips shop, restaurants, 2 entertainment rooms, large arcade and much more.
IF FUNWORK PASSES ARE REQUIRED I WILL NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD BE GOING AND THE AGES OF ANY CHILDREN.
