Main Description
Situated in the prime location of St Mary's View, which is very quiet but within easy walking distance of all the facilities of Kiln Park. I bought my Holiday Home in November 2015 and is in prestine condition, there is decking to the front and side of the caravan, with new outside furniture.

The patio doors from the lounge open out onto private decking which overlooks a very large grass area and is ideal for children to play. The lounge is very spacious and has two fitted sofas with plenty of seating, there is a Tv and DVD and electric fire which leads to the open plan kitchen area which has a large integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker with separate grill, toaster, kettle etc. There is also a breakfast bar with two bar stools and a separate table with four chairs.

Bathroom comprises large shower, ex and washbasin.

Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds and fitted cupboards

Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and a wardrobe and plenty of storage built in over the beds.

Master bedroom with king size bed, double wardrobe leading to a ensuite with wc and washbasin.

There is plenty of storage. All bedding is included, you'll only need to bring your own towels, tea towels.

We have full central heating.

Your own car parking space which could easily fit 2 cars.

Passes are NOT included but easily purchased at reception.
I also do weekend and midweek breaks throughout the year.

Our family had a lovely stay in this caravan, owner was very accommodating by letting us arrive early as no one had stayed the previous week. The caravan was beautiful had everything in, the photos do not do it justice, I would say the best area of the site, away from it all but within easy walking distance. Beautiful setting loads of grass area for my children to play on and plenty of seating on the decked area. I would definitely recommend.
