Site passes are required to enjoy the full facilities offered at this Haven site, these will need to be purchased in addition to your caravan price if required, as these vary in cost dependant on the time of year and age.
If site passes are required please notify me at time of booking as i will need to order them in advance of your arrival.
We also require a refundable £50 deposit to cover the cost of any damages.
We can offer a discount for last min bookings and and bookings longer than one week please email me for details.

From football to fishing, from mini golf to archery, there's always something to inspire children and adults! And we haven't even mentioned our full entertainment programme.
Fun for Kids - with Kids' Clubs for all ages, why not try Rory's Tiger Trail - Fun nature activity trail around the Park. Family Water Fun - with superb Swimming Pools and SplashZone activities. Family Sports Fun - with fabulous Sports and Leisure facilities and a full SportsZone activities programme. New for 2008 - Mash & Barrel Cafe Bar
Mash & Barrel has been specially designed and created for Haven. The feel is smart and contemporary and the atmosphere is very relaxed and family friendly, making it a thoroughly enjoyable the experience for all.
There's a big bar area, serving a great selection of beers, wines and cocktails. You can also take your drink out onto the relaxing terrace.
An all-day menu features snacks and family meals. There's also a carvery serving popular, traditional roasts.
A lounge area with big sofas is the perfect spot to catch up with the sporting action on TV.
Lakeside Coarse Fishing
At Burnham-on-Sea, you are able to sit back and relax for the day at either one of the two large lakes on site.
Both of the Lakes are well stocked and, if you're lucky, you could catch a fish weighing up to 35lbs. You can find a variety of different fish including Roach, Bream, Carp and Rudd.
In order to fish on the lakes you do require a Current Rod Licence which you are able to obtain from the local Post Office. You will need to have a facilities pass to fish plus there is an extra charge to fish on the lakes. Fishing permits can also be obtained from the on site shop.
Direct Beach Access
You are able to access Burnham’s beach across a small quiet road, with steps down to the sand. Once you are there, you have 7 miles of glorious sand which is perfect for sunbathing and building sand castles. Treat yourself to an Ice- Cream or a Donkey Ride, or take a relaxing stroll across the sand so you can explore the natures of the sea? A day at the beach is perfect for all.
