This top of the range holiday home is very comfortable with a free standing 3 piece suite , a 32 inch widescreen colour TV with Freeview channels, DVD and CD player. It has central heating, an electric fire to the lounge and is fully double glazed. Sofa bed in lounge.
A fully equipped kitchen area contains range cooker, washer /dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, etc. Fully fitted bathroom with large shower cubicle. A double bedroom with 2 wardrobes and ample storage space plus en-suite washroom. A twin bedded room again with wardrobe. Duvets & pillows supplied . You need only bring duvet covers,sheets & pillowcases .
Outside there is a private raised white upvc decking area complete with patio table, chairs and parasol.
Set in a quiet area of South Bay Holiday Park , but still within easy reach of the parks amenities such as club with nightly entertainment and indoor / outdoor swimming pools ,the caravan is personally cleaned by the owners before all occupancy. Situated approximately 1 mile from the historic fishing port of Brixham in Torbay close to Paignton and Torquay. Many visitor attractions include Paignton Zoo, Torquay model village and Dartmoor national park. |
