Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
This is a modern 6 berth static caravan at Ladram Bay holiday park, near Budleigh Salterton, Devon. It has a really good view of the sea from the front window ;and a good view of Peak Hill from the side window.It is only a few minutes walk to the shop and the reception; and about 5 minutes from the club and the beach.
It has 2 bedrooms; one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds.Also you can convert the seating in the lounge to a double bed. There is a shower, wash basin and toilet: in the kitchen there is a gas cooker and a microwave and fridge; and in the living room there is a television and a dvd player, and dining table. Also there is a table and 4 chairs outside for sitting out on warm days.
Ladram Bay has plenty of facilities; there is a swimming pool, a bar and restaurant, and entertainment provided in the evenings. It is only a 5 minute walk down to the beach and the cliff path, from where you can walk either to Sidmouth or Budleigh Salterton. The spectacular cliffs on which Ladram Bay holiday park is located are part of the Jurassic coastline which is of particular interest to geologists and fossil collectors.
