Owner's Booking Terms
Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Cheque via our secure payment portal. An electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

Check-in and key collection is from the main reception on the day of your arrival.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

Main Description
Our great position on Perran Sands, just a short walk to the site amenities and with Ocean Views from the decking

Graded as 'Prestige' you will enjoy all those little extra touches designed to make your holiday even more special. French doors from the main living area provides access out onto the spacious decking, giving you another area to sit and watch the world go by. The decking also wraps around the side of the caravan, with a gate at the end, making it a safe a secure area for the younger ones or your equally precious 'four legged' family members.

There is outdoor seating, a BBQ for your use and also bed linen provided. There is also a space for parking.

Lounge/Dining Area:
This spacious and open plan area has a light & modern look about it. With its luxurious L-Shaped fixed seating arrangement there is plenty of space to sit and relax. A pull out double sofa bed provides an additional sleeping area. There is a free-standing coffee table, contemporary looking electric fire, 32" TV with HDMI, USB. French doors lead out onto the decking. At the opposite end of the living area is situated the fixed dinette and seating.

Kitchen:
This modern & stylish kitchen contains everything you should need. With a full sized oven & hob, re-circulating extractor hood & a full sized integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite WC:
A king sized bed with duvet, pillows and cotton bed linen, should ensure the perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with stylish fitted bedroom furniture. Separate WC.

Twin Bedroom:
With two single beds measuring 2'3"x6', duvets, pillows and all bed linen. The beds could be pushed together to configure into a double.

Bathroom/Shower Room:
Consists of a large shower, extractor fan, Hand basin & WC.
