Heated bathroom, with extractor fan, and good-sized shower with seat.
There is a large, double sofa bed in the lounge.
The living area has a dining room table with 4+2 chairs,a 2 and 3 seater sofa, gas fire, TV with Freeview.
There is ample storage room and a selection of games and books will be left for your enjoyment.
The airy, spacious and fully fitted modern kitchen has a large gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, hoover and a window clothes airer.
Duvets and pillows will be supplied. Bed linen is not supplied.
Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
Outside there is a gated decking area and a veranda, with patio table, chairs and sun umbrella.
There is a grassed area behind the caravan, which can be used for BBQ’s or lying in the sun.
Beachside is situated on the 7 miles of sandy beaches, which stretches from Burnham on Sea to Brean Down. There is direct access to the beach from the site.
Brean Leisure Park is within walking distance from the site - a great day out for all the family. The park offers rides, amusements, go-karting, as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a pay-and-play golf course, fishing lake, and many restaurants and snack bars.
Local shops are approx 1/2 mile from the site, where all essential shopping items are available, with larger shops and supermarkets to be found at Burnham on Sea.
There is plenty to do locally, but should you wish to explore, Brean Sands is within easy travelling distance of:
Weston-Super-Mare
Cheddar with its famous Gorge and Caves
Wookey Hole Caves
Wells
Glastonbury
Street with the famous Clarks Outlet Village
The Quantocks, Mendip and Polden Hills.
Bath and Bristol, both with their many attractions, are both options for day trips.
Booking and Payment Terms:
£100 non-returnable deposit for up to 7 nights, and £150 for 7 - 14 nights. This is payable at the time of booking.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of both the booking form and the deposit.
The balance, and a £100 care and respect bond (£150 for a 2 week booking)is payable 6 weeks before the start of the booking. Once paid, the balance is non-refundable.
The care and respect bond will be returned, by post, within 7 working days after the end of your holiday, subject to satisfactory inspection of the caravan.
Any additional charges must also be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
If the holiday is booked less than 6 weeks prior to the start date, full payment will be required on booking.
Charges vary, depending on the season. A week in high season is £650.
