This caravan on Waterside Leisure Park was bought brand new September 08 and this will be its first year of letting. Central heating is in all bedrooms and bathroom, electric radiators are fitted in hallway and living room. It also has double-glazing.
CARAVAN DETAILS
Living room area is large open plan, seating area converts into a double bed. Television has a built in DVD & freeview. Large eating area. Gas fire.
Kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, steamer, all pots and pans. Ironing board and iron also hoover.
Shower room has wash basin, toilet and a large thermostat shower which does make a difference. There is also another additional separate toilet with wash basin.
Master bedroom has double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, also television and hair dryer.
Bedroom 2 & 3 have two twin beds which can be pushed together to make doubles. A travel cot is also included for families that have small children and also a bed guard. Bed linen, quilt covers and sheets are also included at no extra cost but you must bring your own towels. Beds will be made up for your arrival to save on your holiday time. Milk is also provided so you can enjoy a cuppa on your arrival and cordial is provided for those who have children.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Strictly no under 21s or same sex groups, this is Waterside Leisure Park rules which have to be followed.
No smoking inside the caravan, outside is a veranda with a table and chairs to sit and smoke.
A £50 deposit is required within 7 days of your booking to secure your holiday. Also required is a £50 bond to ensure that there are no breakages or damages to the caravan and that it is left in the same high standard of cleanliness that you will find it in on your arrival. This will be forwarded on to you within 7 days of your stay finishing.
The remainder of your balance is required 4 weeks before your holiday commences.
