|
Lovely holiday home for hire on the friendly holiday park known as the Red Lion Holiday Park. Caravan comes (clean) fully equipped to a high modern standard.
It has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) with wardrobes
and 2 bathrooms (master bedroom en-suite and brand new Memory Foam Mattress, not just a mattress topper). ALL bedrooms have Duvets,Sheets,Covers and Pillows plus waterproof protectors in twin rooms.
Open plan living room kitchen and dinning with plenty of seating, door seperates bedrooms and bathrooms from living room and kitchen. Living room has 32" LCD TV with basic Sky TV package,DVD player and Video player. Oil filled radiators.
Kitchen has cutlery and crockery and glassware, All necessary pots and pans. A full size cooker with double oven, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, drying screen and pegs.
All bedding, towels and tea towels are provided as well as gas and elecricity. Travel cot and high chair availible on request.
There is barbecuing equipment and outside table & chairs. There is a outside end storage area so you can put your suitcases out of the way.
WI-FI ON A PAY AS YOU GO TARRIF.
Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk are supplied on the day of entry.
PLEASE NOTE THIS VAN IS NON-SMOKING. SORRY NO PETS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GUIDE DOGS.
LOCAL AREA:
Arbroath is a picturesque east coast fishing town (home to the famous "Arbroath Smokie"). There is a wide range of facilities, entertainment and nightlife including; A sports centre, variety shows ('Webster's Theatre'), bingo hall, a boating pond, ice skating, golf and fishing and Joe's Tattoo Studio.
On the waterfront, just across the road from the park, you'll discover the world-famous miniature railway, with a special 'road train' providing trips into the harbour area of town and mini racing track features Formula One cars, saloon cars and motorbikes.
Plus all-weather tennis courts, mini golf, putting, trampolines and playground equipment, an outdoor pool here and children even have their own disco area. There is Jumpin Joes an indoor jungle gym, play center with soft play, cafe ect..
Of course, there's also the traditional fun of the beach. In short - free guaranteed fun for all the family! There is a McDonalds, KFC and ASDA supermarket with cafe within walking distance of the site (can be seen from site 5min walk), also a fish and chip bar (10mins) walk. There is a bus service every hour from the parks reception to Arbroath and stops at a Morrisons supermarket with cafe everyday (in high season).
There is also a golf couse near to Red Lion Holiday Park and Pleasureland Amusements which is an indoor small theme park including an arcade, waltzers, dodgems and much more...
There is a boot sale nearby every sunday - 9.30am at the local football grounds beside pleasureland. Town centre only (1/2 mile away approx) where you will find shopping fun, there is also a supermarket in Arbroath and local Tattooist Joe's Tattoos.

"Visited this caravan for a week in July with husband and two children. The caravan was immaculate. I am usually funny about caravans and always take my own linen. There was no need i felt very comfortable and as said was immaculatley clean. All towels, handwash cleaning materials were provided even a first aid box, i was very impressed. There was a seating area outside. All activites for children were nearby play park and bar which has a family room. I would recommend this caravan to all family and friends."

"Myself, partner and our two daughters are just back from a week at Claires caravan, this was our first time using this caravan and we were all very impressed with it. The caravan itself had everything you could possibly need and it was immaculate with plenty of room, the two bathrooms were also very handy. We also liked the picnic table outside which was good for when the weather was nice. The caravan itself is situated in a nice quiet part of the park. We had a very good time and would not hesitate in booking this caravan again, I would certainly recommend it."

"Just back from my second week this year at the Redlion Caravan Park. We stayed in Claires caravan for the second year and all I can say about staying in Claires caravan is its like a home from home, very clean and well equipt with all the household item you need. We always recieve a warm welcome from Claire at the start of our holiday and never wont to leave at the end. The people are very freindly at the clubhouse. Cant wait for next years holiday.

"We hired Claire's caravan in April of this year for a week. The location is excellent and the facilities on the site are good. The caravan itself is immaculate and and well kept. We were very impressed by both the interior and exterior. Also, Claire has ensured that everything you need for your caravan holiday is provided. The beds were very comfortable and heaters provided for the cooler evenings. The kitchen area is well stocked with cooking equipment, utensils etc and the living area is spacious with nice furnishings. We would have no hesitation in recommending this caravan and found Claire to be very approachable and accommodating - 10 out of 10!!!

"Spent one full week @ Claire's caravan which is well located within the Red Lion Caravan Park Arbroath which is only just a few minutes walk from the shop, Seafront centre (pub/pool/amusements) & the beach.
The caravan itself is very modern, clean & spacious with a generous living area & two toilets. Both of which come in handy when you have kids.
I would recommend this caravan & if I were to go back to the Red Lion Caravan Park I would certainly contact Claire for availability."
