Owner's Booking Terms
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your chosen dates which will be deducted off your remaining balance.

£100 refundable security bond will also be required to book the caravan, this is returnable within 7 days if the caravan is left as it was found and no damage has occurred.

The total cost of your holiday must be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

Cancellations will not be refunded before holiday once you have paid in full, unless I am able to re let the caravan at the same price.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover this holiday.

Whilst this is a family van, please bring any waterproof sheets or bed mats you require for your children, as soiling to mattresses etc will be classed as damage

Beds can be made up on arrival for an extra cost of £20 with clean fresh bedding or you can bring your own.

Main Description
Our lovely caravan is ideal for couples and families looking for a holiday or short break. It is located on the very popular Haven Site Thorpe Park on a premium plot.

Check in is 2pm and Check out is 11am.

Please email if the dates you required are not on the calendar as we may still be able to accommodate you.

We are located on the peaceful side of the park called The Brambles which has no through traffic making it a safe place for children to play.

Adjoining The Brambles is a grass area and a play park which is becoming popular with families having picnics.

We are also lucky to be close to the beach, the golf course and family pitch and putt.

We also have a mini market within a few minutes walking distance.

The caravan has a double master bedroom with dressing table, wardrobes and adjoining ensuite toilet and sink. There are also two further bedrooms both with 2 singles beds in them. Under one of the single beds you will find a box with some toys for the kids to play with.

The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet, sink and heated towel radiator.

The Kitchen area has a gas oven with a 4 burner hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full size fridge freezer. You will also find a well stocked inventory of plates, pans, cutlery, baking tray, pizza tray, pyrex glassware, cups, glasses, frying pan, wok and utensils etc.

A Tassimo drinks machine is also provided for your use, just bring your own Tassimo discs.

The lounge has a 40 inch lcd televison and blu ray player for rainy days or nights in. We provide a small selection of dvds to keep the kids entertained. There is also 2 good sized sofas and a dining room table in the lounge.

French doors in the lounge lead out on to the top deck with steps down to the lower deck ideal for alfreco dining on sunny days.

Thorpe Park itself is a lovely park with a country feel, it has a good amenities and ideally situated to go into the town of Cleethorpes.

A lovely caravan in a beautiful setting overlooking the lake. Customer service exceptional, a welcome pack on arrival including all the basics i.e bread, milk, tea and coffee.we were especially impressed with the comprehensively detailed folder outlining all the local amenities. Nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend this owner, although there were no children in our party there were toys and games provided. We really enjoyed our stay and have already booked a return visit.
