Owner's Booking Terms
By making a booking you are confirming you have fully read the accommodation description and accept our terms and conditions.

The prices shown in the pricing and availability table do not include the bond. The total cost will be the price shown plus a bond of £70.

A non refundable deposit of £100 plus a *£70 refundable bond are required to secure your booking.

The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to the date of your holiday. Payment by cheque or electronic bank payments are accepted.

If the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to the date of your holiday the cost of your holiday is payable in full at the time of booking.

When the full payment is received we will confirm your booking in writing. You will need to present the confirmation to the site office when collecting the keys.

On arrival keys are available from the site office as follows:

Saturday to Saturday bookings - keys are available for collection no earlier than 2pm and no later than 5.30pm. Please vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of your departure and return keys to the site office.

Monday to Friday bookings - keys are available for collection no earlier than 12pm and no later than 5.30pm. Please vacate the caravan by 12pm on the day of your departure and return keys to the site office.

*The £70 bond will be refunded providing:

- There are no specialist cleaning requirements resulting from your occupancy, for example, stain removals, crayon/biro/marker pen on walls etc. which incur additional cleaning costs.

- There is no damage to the caravan or its contents.

- The keys are returned to the site office.

The bond will be refunded via a cheque sent by 1st class post or electronic payment into your chosen bank account, please specify your preferred method of repayment at time of booking.

The maximum occupancy stated must not be exceeded.

Bookings are non transferable.

Amendments to bookings will incur an admin charge of £10.00 for each separate amendment.

You must be 25 years of age or over to place a booking and must be staying in the accommodation along with the other members of your party.

No same sex groups.

No smoking.

Well behaved dogs are welcome however they must be supervised at all times and must not be left alone in the caravan.

Should there be a fault with the caravan or any of it's contents and appliances, it must be reported to us as soon as possible.

The person placing the booking is responsible for the conduct of themselves and all members of their party for the duration of their stay both on and around the holiday park, and during the occupancy of the accommodation.

A copy of the site rules are displayed inside the caravan. Failure to adhere may result in eviction by the site management. Should this happen we will not refund the cost of the caravan hire.

If you choose to end your holiday before your departure date we will not issue a refund.

The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition on the day of departure.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances rendering the caravan unfit for purpose we reserve the right to cancel the booking and return payment in full.

We reserve the right to make amendments to our booking terms and conditions at any time.

For your peace of mind we have included the email address and site office number should you wish to contact the site to confirm our ownership of the caravan before making payment.

Main Description
**Now taking bookings for 2018**

4 night Monday to Friday breaks are available from March through to June and from September through to October. Please see the notes on the booking availability calendar for price and availability or contact us on the mobile number provided.

A privately owned 28ft x 10ft 2 bedroom caravan with a upvc veranda situated on Silver Beach in Ingoldmells available to hire as holiday accommodation. The caravan has one double and one twin bedrooms, and comfortably accommodates 4 people. There is also a fold-out bed in the lounge area. There is one bathroom comprising of a shower, a sink with an under sink storage cupboard, and WC. The living area comprises of a galley kitchen which has a cooker, microwave, fridge with a small box freezer, sink and drainer, kettle, toaster, crockery etc. and lounge with a 19" flat screen TV with a USB port, a DVD player, a dinning table and wrap around seating. The caravan is double glazed, has a gas fire to the lounge area, and electric panel heating. The caravan is located near to the site office just inside the park entrance. Shared hard standing car parking is available directly outside the caravan. The park has CCTV security. The on site launderette is less than a minute walk away. There is a Premier convenience shop at the site entrance. This makes it an ideal option for those who like everything close to hand. The park has WiFi which is available to purchase at the site office.

Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers and towels as these are not provided.

We have provided 1 king-size duvet, one double duvet and 2 single duvets all 10.5 tog, and 8 pillows. Please note the bed in the double bedroom is a double size bed.

Families/couples only.
Well behaved dogs welcome, however they must be supervised at all times.
Please note smoking is not allowed inside the caravan.

Silver Beach Holiday Park is located on Anchor Lane. There is a Premier convenience shop at the park entrance. The local shops, cafe's, bars and amusements are within less than a 5 minute walk from the park entrance. The newly opened family venue Woody's Bar and Restaurant is also a 5 minute walk away. The beach is also a 5 minute walk away. Fantasy Island and it's surrounding shops, cafes restaurants, amusements and bars, and Eastgate Market are approximately a 25 minute walk from the park. There are bus stops directly outside the park entrance.

The nearest indoor swimming pool allowing entry to the public is at Golden Palm, Chapel St Leonards (behind Club Tropicana).

Lovely, immaculate and very well equipped caravan. Almost all the equipment and bedding is new, all fresh and clean. Great location, close to the beach, amusements, cafes and shops, though the site itself is nice and quiet. Wendy - the owner, was very pleasant to deal with. She was very helpful and thorough. She tried to thing of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. And surprisingly the weather was just perfect! We've had a such a lovely time and will definitely book this caravan again. Thank you
