Additional Info: Our caravan situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park on private ground. It overlooks beautiful Millers Dale with fabulous walks from the doorstep and opposite The Monsal Trail, fabulous for cycling and walking.
A short walk away is the local pub serving real ale and food, the sparkling River Wye where you can feed both ducks and trout! Bakewell and Buxton are both approx 7 miles away.
Is it ideally situated to explore the Peak District and is suitable for both families and couples (well behaved pets and children welcome!) |

Bank Top Holiday Home sits in splendid isolation in a small orchard in the grounds of our 200-year-old cottage, about 30 feet from the Limestone Way, an old drovers route that extends from Castleton in the north, south to Matlock and beyond. On the opposite side of the Dale is The Monsal Trail one of the most spectacular routes in Britain for cycling, walking and horse riding, the route travels to Bakewell and almost to Buxton.
Bank Top is tucked away in a private location, in the leafy hillside overlooking dramatic Millers Dale with the River Wye splashing through below.
There are impressive views across Millers Dale and the surrounding area from the Limestone Way. |
