Caravan Park + Local Area Information

KENNICH HOLIDAY HOME:
Our holiday home is an Atlas 12 x 35 ft, 8 Berth Caravan with Veranda and 3 bedrooms comprising: - 1 Double Room and 2 Twin Rooms, plus a double pull out bed in the living area.
The caravan has a gas fire in the living room with extra heating if required for those chilly nights, and all the bedrooms have electric heaters which are thermostatically controlled. Hot water, Gas, and Electricity are inclusive.
The bathroom: has a good sized shower with a deep tray, basin and cabinet. The Toilet is separate from the bathroom and is complimented with a small hand basin.
The kitchen: provides for all your cooking needs including a full size domestic 4-burner cooker oven & grill, toaster, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker and all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you will ever need.
There is a supplementary set of cutlery and plates for outdoor use on the veranda. We also provide an Iron & Ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, small steps, walking sticks, beach bag, water bottle, beach mats, shopping bag, picnic mat, tea towels and many more extra’s.
All bed linen is provided i.e. Duvets, throw covers, sheets and pillow cases. The beds are made up for your arrival - but please remember to bring towels and toiletries. We have also added a number of items to make your stay like home from home.
The caravan boasts a large timber veranda with a table & chairs for comfortable outdoor dining and for your relaxation there are 2 loungers.
In the caravan we have provided books, board games and DVD’s and there is also a playstation for your entertainment so feel free to bring along your DVD's or CD’s.
Nestled in an area close to the sand Dunes of Par Sands the Caravan Park is a little taste of luxury. If you are looking for a relaxing break by the sea then you have come to the right place.
There is plenty to do here from swimming in the heated indoor pool,or using the new tennis courts, pitch & putt, 5-a-side football court, putting green and to exploring the nature reserve where you can feed wild birds including ducks and swans and take in a little bit of the natural beauty it holds. Yards from the caravan is a childrens park and new under 7's adventure park with a larger adventure park on the green near the pool area. There are new developments on site for 2012.
The Launderette has all the facilities you need except an iron which you would need to take with you from the caravan and is just behind Kennich Holiday home.
The Reception is a friendly atmosphere and cater for the basic essential foods for your needs on your arrival. The staff are friendly and will help with any information you require to local amenities.
Par beach is literally yards away from the caravan where you can enjoy the sunshine or pick up a coastal walk to Polkerris or the Eden Project. The beach is considered to be very safe with its shallow waters, and perfect for bathing, and maybe some paddling with the little ones!
Par Sands Holiday Park is close to local shops, supermarkets, takeaways, pubs & restaurants. Par village has a train station connecting you to the rail network and there is also a bus stop nearby to local areas.
