'Sea View’, 106 Waterside, is our Luxury Holiday Lodge situated on the exclusive ‘Front Row’ of Waterside Holiday Park with uninterrupted coastal views over the whole of Torbay. No looking over other caravans & cars - just peace & quiet with outstanding views!

The 20ft x 38ft lodge with large rap-around glass fronted decking offers privacy, peace and quiet and accommodation to satisfy the most discerning visitor. Double glazed with central heating throughout the large open plan living/dining room is modern yet cozy with fantastic sea views from the comfortable settees. The dining area is spacious and has a table suitable for four.

The Kitchen offers plenty of space with built-in Oven, Microwave, Gas Hob & Extractor. Large American style Fridge/Freezer.

Main Bedroom features TV, Dressing Table with walk-in closet/changing room and en-suite shower cubicle, toilet & wash basin.

Second Bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe & dressing table.

Main Bathroom with Bath, Shower, Wash Basin & Toilet.

Whilst the views take centre stage, if you fancy a night in the 40’’ TV offers FreeView, Netflix, YouTube, etc, with WIFI available at reasonable cost payable locally.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Please provide your own towels, tea towels & bed linen. If you prefer, duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases are available from the park at extra cost.

The lodge offers every amenity for your stay which for for the majority of time is used by ourselves as the family holiday home.

2. Final balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday arrival date.

We would highly recommend! The accommodation had everything you need and the views are spectacular so much so we spent quite some time in the lodge just enjoying the views and weather even had a BBQ. We did make use of the outdoors pool on site and our daughter loved it! Great communication with the owners before,during and our deposit was returned promptly. We will be booking again for next year very soon Thank you both.

Beautiful lodge. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Great communication from the owners. Brilliant outdoor pool on site and a very clean site. The rest of the facilities onsite could do with some attention but there is plenty to do in the local area to keep you busy.

We highly recommend this beautiful, luxury lodge. It is spacious, well equipped and in a prime front row position. The views are spectacular and the outdoor area and furniture are really lovely, along with a really nice barbecue. The owner is most helpful and sends prompt replies to enquiries, our deposit was also refunded most promptly. I would not hesitate to book again!
