Main Description
Our 8 birth caravan is situated in the quiet private owners area of the Sycamores at Parkdean Mullion, the caravan has a veranda with patio table 8 chairs, two if which are folding. The caravan is located in a corner position with adjacent grass area positioned next to veranda for children to play safely while you relax on the veranda.

All bed linen is provided clean every week you just need to bring towels, all beds will be made up for your arrival. Heating is via a gas fire in front room and electric fan heating in bedrooms.

Our Caravan will be available from 3:30pm after cleaning and preparation for your arrival has taken place, if this is completed prior to 3:30pm I will let you know so you are able to arrive early.

Fully integrated bathroom complete with shower.

Kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, grill and microwave as well as fully equipped with crockery.

A DVD player and an assortment of DVDs for your enjoyment, some puzzles and games to provide entertainment for all the family.

Tavel cots and high chairs are available for hire for the duration of your stay for £15 per week per item please let me know in advance so I can reserve them for you to collect from reception upon your arrival.

Dogs are most welcome an extra £25 max 2 dogs - if you have more please let us know, we can check with the park to see if they're happy to accommodate this.

Parkdean Mullion Holiday Resort has everything you need for you relaxing stay, at the reception where you can pay for per person per week for Resort passes, you can visit Stargaze Entertainment Club and Bar, The Starland Krew Kids Club, Kynance Bar and Grill, an on site Fish and Chip shop, on site sports courts, Heated Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pools with life guards, Crazy golf, Launderette and so much more, reception can give details of these to you, there is also free onsite wi-fi.

The Lizard Peninsula has some of the most stunning Cornish scenery, beaches, visit the locations of the BBC series Poldark as well as lots of quaint villages, interesting craft shops 1 mile away at Mullion Cove, Kynance Cove is stunning, so many things to see and do fantastic coastal walk or bike ride and everyone is really friendly.

A walk to Mullion Cove is 1 mile you can also do beautiful costal walks from there, there's a nice cafe and a pub just by the cove too.

Upon arrival there will be some refreshments to help settle you in after your long journey. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice, biscuits and breakfast cereals for the next morning so you can relax as soon as you arrive.

Caravan was spotless, loved when we arrived that the owner had left us flowers and essential supplies to save us having to venture out after a 5 hour journey, caravan is in one of the best positions on the park with no one overlooking the caravan and on a good corner plot, Shirley the owner was very helpful with any queries we had, can't recommend enough.
