Owner's Booking Terms
This is our family holiday home which we are sharing with you. So we would want you to respect that it is privately owned and leave it as you would expect to find it.

A deposit of £100 is taken to secure the booking; then the whole cost of your stay will be required 4 weeks before your stay. If your booking is in less than 4 weeks the total amount AND Deposit is payable immediately. Payment plans on advance bookings can be discussed.

The deposit is your bond. If the whole payment is not paid 4 weeks prior to the stay the bookings will be cancelled and the deposit is not returned. You will be accountable for all damages or missing items. Damages will be paid for from this bond. Our onsite representative will check the accommodation after your stay and on confirming all is well your deposit will be refunded.

Main Description
A luxury platinum 3 bed holiday home that thinks it is a lodge! At 40 feet by 14 feet this is more spacious than most holiday homes. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twin rooms (1 with full size single beds).

This is our family holiday home which we are sharing with you. We like our comforts and would like to share them with you. Both the lounge and kitchen have space for the whole family to move around freely.

To make your stay more comfortable:- Washer/Dryer and powder, Dishwasher and tablets, Electric multi cooker, the usual kitchen items, and hand towels and basics for the bathroom. Let us know which beds you will be using and we will make them up for you.

Please bring bath/swimming towels

The location is ideally placed for:
- Tranquil holidays - There are scenic walks and a nature reserve.
- Exploring the area – a frequent bus service leaves regularly from the village gates. Musselburgh and North Berwick are close by with easy access to he A1 for venturing further. Train stations are near by.
- The historic city of Edinburgh is 30 minutes drive away or 40 minutes by bus to Princes Street.
- A gentle 10 minute walk takes you to the main complex where there is food, entertainment and two swimming pools.
- The beach is just over the road from the village gates.

This is a beautiful caravan; it appeared to be brand new and everything was in pristine condition. It's in a great location right at the top of the site, so very quiet and no passing traffic. Patio area would be wonderful to enjoy in summer (though no use to us in October!). Very efficient central heating, powerful shower, comfortable beds, well-kitted out kitchen. What more could you ask for? We had a great time and Suz (the owner) could not have been more helpful. We've left a few maps and leaflets for places we visited and enjoyed. You might want to bring your slippers to preserve the cream carpets!!
