Caravan Park + Local Area Information

This is a privately owned caravan situated in the beautiful village of Goathland perhaps you have seen it as the fictional village of Aidensfield from the very popular "HARTBEAR" serises.The caravan is South facing to catch all the sun it sits on open farm land with wonderful moorland views, a patio area and chairs are provided so you can appreciate them. The caravan has 2 double bedrooms one also has a pull down bunk suitable for a child both have fitted wardrobes, draws and storage space. The kitchen dining area also makes into a double bed if needed.All beds are made up for your arrival.Towels are not provided.
The bathroom has a shower/bath and full facilities this room is also en-suite to the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/small freezerbox, microwave, kettle, toaster, full sized cooker with grill and hob. Tea towels, washing up liquid, cloth and kitchen roll provided.All breakages to be paid for please.
The lounge is very comfortable with ample seating and a sunny out look. There is a gas fire for the colder evenings,sky TV with Freeview and CD/radio. Goathland has coffee shops, post office, gift shops 4 pubs, play area and The NORTH YORKSHIRE MOORS RAILWAY running steem trains through out the year all just a 5 minute walk from the caravan.
There are also lots of wonderful walks long and short with some breathtaking views. If that's not for you Whitby and all it has to offer is only a 15min (9miles) drive away.
Scarborough and York are also not far away. The caravan will make a lovely, comfortable base what ever your holiday. Bedding, electricity and gas are all provided in the hire charge.A £20.00 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be reimbursed on arrival.Please note we do not do mid-week or week-end breaks only Saturday to Saturday. |
