A £50 Deposit is required on booking. This must be received within 7 days to confirm the booking. This is non-refundable. Remainder of balance to be received not less than 21 days before commencement of holiday.
A second cheque (or bank transfer) for £50 is required at time of final booking payment to cover any loss/damage, this is returned once caravan has been checked on departure.
A payment request will be sent approx. 28 days before holiday comencement together with all information needed regarding caravan keys etc.

OUR CARAVAN: Modern and clean caravan available for hire. The caravan can accommodate eight persons and is perfect for a family holiday in Dorset.
Key will be left at the caravan in a security combination safe, so your holiday starts as soon as you arrive - no queueing at reception wasting valuable time !!!.
The caravan consists of 3 bedrooms - one double, two twin and another pullout folding double bed available in the lounge area. Each bedroom has its own storage/wardrobe space along with its own electric wall heater in case it is required. Pillows and duvets are supplied, however, pillow cases, duvet cases, and sheets are NOT supplied. If you do not wish to bring your own these can be hired from Main Reception at a small cost. (2011 prices were £5 per bedroom per week).
The caravan is fully equipped with a modern kitchen area, full size gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, pots & pans and all the crockery and utensils you could possibly need !!.
Caravan is situated in quiet area of park only a 5 minute walk to reception/bars and site entrance.
Parking is available outside the van, there is additional parking in tarmac bays opposite if required.
WEYMOUTH BAY HOLIDAY PARK: The park is a Haven 5* award winning resort offering outstanding facilities with easy access to town centre and public transport. Haven have won numerous awards for Britain's leading holiday parks and this site certainly lives up to its expectations. It is a beautifully landscaped Holiday Park with a relaxed and rural atmosphere offering plenty of green play space.
Weymouth Bay is a convenient holiday base to explore the Jurassic Coast. This will be an ideal place to stay for the Olympic Sailing events in 2012. On Weymouth Bay there are many facilities including a pool complex, restaurant and bars. You may wish to use the caravan without the Haven facilities, many people do, there are plenty of pubs and shops close by, and numerous pubs/clubs/cafes in Weymouth. Locally you will find fish & chip shops just up the road along with several lovely pubs that also serve meals.
WEYMOUTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS; A ten minute drive will take you to the main Weymouth town with all its shopping and prize winning beaches. Just a 10 minute walk out the back of the park you will find yourself at Bowleaze Cove which has an entertainment complex with a funfair and slot machine arcade. There is also a restaurant/cafe, a takeaway, chip shop and ice cream parlour.
There is a bus stop just outside of the park which runs buses every 20 mins during most of the season and this will take you into the heart of Weymouth. Along the seafront is the Sealife Centre, Pirate Crazy Golf & Lodmoor Country Park.
Weymouth itself has lots to do for everyone. You can stroll around the numerous shops or stroll along the seafront and watch the world famous sand sculptor at work. Take a walk to Brewers Quay and sit outside one of the many bars and watch the world float by !!. You could even take a day trip to the Channel Islands from Weymouth Quay – if you felt that way inclined !!!.
You could possibly travel a little further afield and visit Portland with its famous lighthouse. Take a trip along to Abbotsbury Swannery & Sub Tropical Gardens. The children may wish to visit Monkey World or the Bovington Tank Museum. Pop into Dorchester on Wednesday for the big market and maybe visit the Teddy museum whilst you’re there. Why not visit Durdle Door or Lulworth Cove, both within easy reach. There’s so much to see and do. Where ever you decide to go you can be assured there is plenty of choice for everyone.
THE SITE FACILITIES: HAVEN CLUB PASSES WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED FOR THESE FACILITIES: Prices as of 2011 Season –
PEAK WEEKS - 7 nights - £31 Adult, £16 Child (max. £146). 3 or 4 nights - £25.50p Adult, £13.25p Child (max £124).
OFF PEAK WEEKS - 7 nights - £22 Adult, £11.50p Child (max £110), 3 or 4 nights - £18 Adult, £9.50p Child (max £94).
Prices in brackets are the maximum charged for each caravan of up to 8 people. (i.e if your passes for the week worked out at £120 and the max. was £94 that is what you would pay - NOT the £120).
These passes will gain you access to both Weymouth Bay and the Sea-view Haven site which is right next door.
