|
A 2004 spacious, well-equipped, recently refurbished 2 bedroom caravan with 4/6 berths. Ideally suited to families and couples seeking a relaxing holiday on the beautiful Jurassic Coast with stunning walks, plenty of local water-based activities and places to visit for all ages.
Ladram Bay Holiday Park provides a play area, an amusement arcade, plastic ice rink, crazy golf, heated indoor pool and evening entertainment, in addition to a well-stocked shop, bar, restaurant with sea view, take-away, cafe and a secluded beach. Hire a boat and catch your own mackerel or sea-bass and have the restaurant prepare and cook it for you!
In the caravan there is freeview TV/DVD with iPod, a Wii console, 2 CD players, DVDs and board games, as well as books and magazines. Outside games of boules, a junior cricket bat and a rounders set are also available along with a selection of beach equipment.
The balcony, equipped with patio table and 6 chairs, runs along the front and side providing a lovely space to eat and drink or somewhere to relax on the sun lounger. There is also a lockable gate to keep young ones safely enclosed.
A BBQ is provided with chives, oregano, parsley and rosemary planted around the caravan to add flavour to your culinary creations.
There are three separate sleeping areas; a double room, twin room and pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. There are 2 double duvets, 2 single duvets and 10 pillows all with protectors.
You will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. There is a linen hire service on site. Ladram Bay Holiday Park provides a good launderette and there is a rotary drying line available to use next to the caravan.
Cots, high chairs, bed guards and prams are also available to hire.
Gas and electric are included in the price.
Parking for one car is along the rear of the caravan with a visitor's car pass provided. An additional car pass is available on request.
Extra equipment includes a wall blow heater in the bathroom, 3 electric cooling fans, a great range of kitchen equipment and an outside tap next to the balcony.
All this to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The price quoted is for up to 4 occupants. Please add £25 per week per person for the 5th and 6th guest. Under two year olds are free. The caravan is insured for a total of 6 guests.

"Stayed at Sues caravan for a week in April 2011 , We had a great time. Weather was so sunny. The caravan park we found easy to find.
Inside the caravan was really nice and very clean and spotless - it was like being home from home, had everything in the kitchen you need. You would be able to cook a 3 course meal with all Sue has provided for your stay. The beds are very comfortable. Loads of children's games for young children was provided in the caravan.
The site was very nice too. The pool we used a few times was lovely and warm , the beach was peaceful and the views were stunning. Went for loads of walks. The night shows for the kids was good too. The staff were very good with the children and loads of children's clubs , also bingo for the parents every night . The shop on the camp had everything you need and very cheap too and well stocked daily. We found all the children's activities was very cheap on the site too.
We drove down to the nearest village stunning views on the drive down the cliff. The beach had stunning views , loads of gift shops. We went and had fish and chips and it was the best fish we have ever tried.
We found Sue very helpful and kind when booking her lovely caravan. We will be booking again and telling our family and friends too.
