Main Description
The caravan is situated in a great position close to the Townsend Nature Reserve, Durlston Country Park and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, with views of the sea and Nine Barrow Down on a popular caravan park. There is a bar and a restaurant with spectacular views, which is open all day, and puts on regular entertainment. On site facilities include an indoor swimming pool and a launderette with ironing facilities – charges apply. There is also a gym, which requires membership. Unfortunately, the caravan does not have wheelchair access.

There is a double bed, 2ft wide twin beds, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, ideal for families and couples. A king size duvet, 2 single duvets and two more singles are provided with pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors. Please bring duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. The kitchen is well equipped with all the crockery, cooking equipment and cutlery you will need. There is a full sized cooker with grill, a fridge with small freezer box, microwave, toaster and kettle, Freeview TV, DVD Player and a DAB radio. We provide a small amount of washing-up liquid, cleaning cloths, scourers, bin bags, hand soap and toilet rolls. You will also find complimentary starter tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. If you require any other provisions to be stocked before your arrival, this can be arranged and paid for in advance.

Outside, there is a wooden table and four chairs on the patio. The patio is a secure outside space for toddlers and small children, being enclosed by railings and a lockable gate. There is also a wooden bench and rotary clothes line on the hard standing behind the patio. There is parking for one car by the caravan and extra parking spaces are available on the site car park.

Attractions include: lovely beach and walks; Victorian Pier; the South West Coast Path; sightseeing boat trips; fishing trips; Swanage Railway to Corfe Castle and the Saxon walled town of Wareham; a multitude of good pubs and restaurants. Further afield is the Blue Pool; Farmer Palmers animal park; Monkey World; Bovington Tank Museum; National Trust Studland peninsula and beaches; Brownsea Island and the RSPB reserve at Arne. Local sports include pitch and putt, diving, sailing and golf. Festivals are Blues Fest, Film Fest, Folk Fest, Fish Festival, Walking Festival,Carnival Week, Lifeboat Week and more!

Local shop (1/2 mile) - Costcutter and Post Office (shop open till 20:00), but if you need any provisions in the caravan on arrival, please ask.

We had a week staying in this caravan. It was very clean and tidy and had lovely views from the front room and balcony. We had an amazing week. Easy walking distance down to Swanage harbour and town. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Would come back here again, intact we intend to book a week next summer here. Excellent and highly recommended.

We stayed at this caravan last weekend, the caravan is immaculate, clean and has everything you need for your stay. Lovely view from veranda and caravan. The owner is very friendly and helpful, communication is excellent. We have already made 2 bookings for next year. Highly reccomend
