• 25% non refundable deposit

• Payment is due in full 4 weeks before the arrival date by cheque or bank transfer

• If the reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival, the full rental will be forfeited unless the lodge can be re-booked on similar terms, in which case only the deposit will be forfeited

• Dogs are allowed by prior agreement, but must not be left alone in the lodge at any time, allowed on the furniture and must be kept on a lease at all times whilst on the site, unless in the dog walking field.

• The lodge will be available for occupation from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, and you are required to leave by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made

• Clean bed linen and towels are provided.

• Electricity and water are mains and gas is provided by calor gas.

• Keys are in a lock box at the lodge. Details regarding codes and directions will be forwarded to you once the final balance payment has been made

• The speed limit of 8mph must be adhered to on the site

• There is parking for one vehicle alongside the lodge. Any additional vehicles must use the visitors car park provided

• Refuse must not be left outside the lodge but placed in the recycling bins provided

• By returning the booking form by e mail, you are confirming your agreement to these Terms and Conditions

This is a lovely homely riverfront lodge, benefiting from double glazing and central heating, with lots of personal touches, including free WiFi!

The lounge has a comfy sofa and 2 armchairs, a stylish fireplace, with a 32inch wall mounted TV. Double patio doors open onto the riverfront balcony with rattan furniture

The kitchen diner, is fully equipped, with a 4 seater dining table, an integrated fridge freezer, 4 ring hob, full size oven, and microwave

The main bedroom has a double bed and ample built in wardrobes and cupboards. The second bedroom has a full size single bed, and there is a family shower room
