Main Description
* Dual aspect main double bedroom with 2 triple wardrobes, room for a cot and en-suite toilet. * Second bedroom with 2 single beds and single wardrobe. * Family shower room. * Very well equipped kitchen. * Lounge / dining area with TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, books, games, dvds, toys and more. * South facing decking with benches, table, sunshades, barbecue. * Private parking next to caravan. * Situated in quiet cul-de-sac. * Central heating and double glazing as well as cosy electric fire in lounge.

The caravan is ideal for both families and couples. There are lots of attractions in the surround areas for children and plenty of opportunities for walking (and lunching) for adults. There are also many activities on the site itself, including a swimming pool and entertainment complex (passes are required for some activities).

The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway has a station on site and can take you to Dungeness in one direction, right through to Hythe in the other direction. A must for every child, steam train enthusiast and adult.

The extensive sandy beach is directly opposite the site and offers natural surroundings with dunes and some shingle areas.
The park is surrounded by a nature reserve and the lakes behind the site have a range of bird and plant life.

This is a family holiday home, which we use regularly, so is always kept to the high standard we would expect for ourselves.

For an additional charge we can provide bed linen, basic towels, t-towels and a travel cot.

For those who are visiting as part of a larger family group, there is a 2 bedroom caravan almost opposite that may also be available. Please message me and I can enquire for you

There is also a park with swings and climbing frames, crazy golf, launderette, shop, indoor swimming pool with a baby/toddler pool, fishing lake, football cage and tennis courts. (Passes needed for some activities).It is situated directly opposite the beach and directly in front lakes which are a part of the Dungeness Nature Reserve.
