Open plan interior includes: Spacious lounge area, with fantastic views onto the boating lake with all its wildlife. It has a 3 pc. suite with 2 foot stools, coffee table, remote controlled landscape electric fire, a 50’’ plasma TV, Blue ray DVD , I pod dock, all with surround sound.
Dining area has a table with 4 chairs, leading onto roomy fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a high level double oven , 5 burner gas hob, combination microwave, integrated fridge, freezer and dish washer. Breakfast bar with 2 stools.
Special feature to this Lodge , is a separate utility room with washing machine and sink. Master bedroom includes King size bed and bedside tables, dressing table & stool, wall mounted TV, walk through dressing room with wardrobes leading to en-suite, full size bath with shower over + his and her wash basins.
Second bedroom, twin 3’ beds which can be put together to make a double, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and wall mounted TV, access to en-suite/family bathroom with large walk in shower Outside we have a large balcony with gates to keep toddlers in, a patio table with chairs and a lounger, great for sitting in the sun watching the wildlife on the lake or a relaxing evening with a bottle of wine, hopefully watching the sun go down.
The position of the Lodge gets the sun all day. At the front of the balcony is a gate and steps leading to our private garden and jetty, which also has a table and chairs. If you appreciate the finer things in life you will be very pleased with our Lodge and its position. We have made arrangements, so you do not need to wait in queues for the keys on arrival.
BOOKINGS AND CONDITIONS
Priority check in, from 2pm. Vacate by 11am
Gas and electricity are included in price
We provide duvets and pillows but not bed linen
We allow smoking but request guests not to smoke in bedrooms or bathrooms
A £50. non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday date
FunWork passes may be purchased from Reception as they are not included in the Lodge hire price
Please Note Only the named persons on the booking form are allowed to stay in the Lodge, if it is found this condition is not adhered to , you will be asked to leave without any refund
