£100 deposit due on booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday. £50 fully refundable damages deposit due with balance. We aim to return the deposit once the caravan has been inspected and within 10 days of your departure date. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

This is a family owned static caravan comprising of the following accommodation:
Bed 1-Double bed with storage over, dressing table with mirror and walk in wardrobe, access to shower room.
Bed 2-Twin beds with storage over, wardrobe and mirror.
Lounge - Fold away double bed, 26" colour TV with freeview, DVD player, gas fire, access to enclosed deck area 12ft x 8ft.(Ideal for small children)
Kitchen - full sized cooker with hob, full height fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, equipped for 6 people.
Dining Area - table and chairs
Entrance Hall - access to bedrooms, shower room and living area, storage for coats
Shower room - double size shower, sink and toilet.
This caravan is centrally heated, double glazed and well equipped. The beds will be made up for your arrival. You will only need to bring towels and tea towels.
This is a lovely clean and quiet site with access to the beach. Shingle at high tide and sandy at low tide. Lots of local attractions, historical sites, theatres and shops to keep kids and grown ups entertained.
Local attractions include: Sovereign Harbour, Pevensey Castle, Abbots Wood, Eastbourne Pier, Eastbourne Miniature Railway, Go Cart Centre, Treasure Island, The Parade Bowling Club, Drusillias Zoo Park, Knockhatch, Severn Sisters Sheep Centre, Battle Museum, Firle Place, Redoubt Fortress, Prince's Putting Green, Grand Parade Gardens, Herstmonceux Castle + much, much more

"Stayed with our 3 children, on arrival the caravan was spotless and the complimentary milk and t bags provided a welcome cuppa before unpacking.
The picture do not do the caravan justice and there is everything in the caravan you would possibly need for your stay. These owners certainly go the extra mile. Will be definately asking to stay again."
