Our general letting period is Monday to Friday. However, we do offer complete flexibility, and subject to availability we allow stays from and to any days of the week.
ABOUT OUR CARAVAN:
Available to hire is our 8 berth ABI Arizona static Caravan. At 36 x 12ft, space and comfort is what it’s all about. The Arizona has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. All have wardrobes and storage. There is a sofa bed in the lounge.
New carpets and Lino flooring was laid throughout in May 2009.
Our Caravan is one of the few models that are separated into two halves having a door between the kitchen, living / dining area and the bedrooms and bathroom. Although there are two entrances, we prefer our guests to use the door leading directly into the hall way, instead of the lounge. This helps to keep the caravan as clean as possible for everyone to enjoy.
The bathroom has everything you need with a toilet, sink and Shower cubicle.
The Kitchen has been personally stocked by me, I love cooking and have provided everything you would find at home to knock up a culinary delight. There is also a microwave for ready meals, not forgetting that based within the Park is a Burger King, Papa John's Pizza and other restaurants.
The main hub of a caravan is the lounge / dining area. You will find that ours is homely and comfortable. Added benefits in addition to a TV are a CD player, DVD player and a Play Station complete with a range of games.
The dining area is made up of bench seats and stools around a table.
What makes our caravan just a little different is the extra bits and pieces left especially for you to use. These include a hair dryer, games and puzzles, beach toys, swimming aids, an iron and many more. All we ask is that these bits and bobs are left complete and clean.
Available upon request and at no extra charge is a microwave steam steriliser, highchair, travel cot and pushchair.
DON’T FORGET TO BRING...
We provide all the cooking items, the crockery and cutlery. Most people prefer to bring their own bed linen, however we can provide this too should you wish. What you will need is washing up items, towels, toiletries and your personal holiday bits. Don’t panic about packing heaps of clothes, there is a Launderette on site.
WHERE OUR CARAVAN IS:
Our caravan is sited at Combe Haven 4 Star family holiday park.
This caravan was personally sited by us within the park and is in an ideal spot for those wanting peace and quiet yet close enough to all the park amenities. It is away from the roads and has plenty of space for children to burn off steam.
The park has some fantastic facilities to include a heated indoor and outdoor pool* and paddling area, rollerblading, fencing and archery. Also on site is nature reserve just waiting to be explored?
*outdoor pool open May to August.
FOR THE KIDS:
Haven’s motto is that families come first. With this in mind they offer fantastic children's clubs from 1-4's 5-11's and 12-16's, not once should you hear the words every parent dreads... ‘I’m Bored’!
FUN FOR EVERYONE:
Every single day of the season Combe Haven offers a packed entertainment programme. This offers both daytime and evening entertainment, including a chance for the little ones to meet Rory and Bradley every day, Cash Bingo, Cabaret, Live music disco's to name just a few.
To use some of the park facilities a Funwork pass is required. We are able to purchase these for you and include in your information pack. Alternatively we can leave your information at the park desk should you wish to buy them after your arrival.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:
Combe Haven is located along the South Coastal town of Hastings, East Sussex.
Hastings is a famous and popular tourist attraction. Like most seaside locations, Hastings has a fabulous large beach, a fun packed pier, a miniature railway, a cliff railway offering superb views. Hastings also has its very own castle.
For those who like shopping Ravenside retail complex is just a short distance in the car. Here you will find Next, Tesco’s, a leisure centre complete with fun pool with waves and slides, KFC and McDonalds with a large indoor play park. Hastings town has a variety of shops to keep the keenest shopper happy.
Other attractions worth a visit are the nearby Smuggler’s Cave and The Sea life Centre. A popular tourist location for many years, Hastings has something for everyone.
OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Please note our caravan is a no smoking caravan. Sorry, we do not allow pets.
Arrivals as standard are 4pm onwards. However you are often able to check in earlier than this.
We kindly ask that you depart the caravan by 10am on your last day. This does not mean that you have to leave the park. You are welcome to stay and enjoy the onsite facilities for the rest of the day.
Please hand the caravan keys back to reception.
A deposit of £50 is required in addition to the holiday cost. This is to protect us against any breakages, damage or losses. After each rental period a full inventory is checked. On satisfactory completion of that the £50 deposit will be returned to the hirer. Any damage to the caravan, furniture, fittings or anything missing from the inventory must be paid for by the hirer.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
We only accept bookings from family groups.
Haven is a family holiday park thus being we are not allowed to accept bookings from same sex groups less than 21 years of age. Only people stated on the booking form may stay in the caravan. This booking form has to be signed by the hirer. The hirer is responsible for the entire party.
CANCELLATION:
Should the unfortunate happen and you are required to cancel your holiday please telephone us in the first instance and the inform us of the cancellation in writing within 3 days

Please be aware that we do not accept any liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.
