Our caravan is situated on the Walshs Holiday Park, Roman Bank, Skegness which has been run by the same family for 60 years.
The Walshs Holiday Park is ideal, the beach is only a 10 minute walk away with pubs, shops, chip shop and chinese takeaway just a 5 minute walk away. There is a Golf Course, Butlins and Fantasy Island all nearby with buses running all the time.
The caravan comes fully equipped with microwave, TV with freeview, DVD player, hoover, cleaning materials and hairdryer. All quilts and pillows are supplied however bed linen and towels/tea towls are not provided.
There is a spacious living area with gas fire and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker fridge/freezer, microwave, all crockery is provided (pots, pans, etc). Bathroom comprises of shower cubicle, hand pedestal and low level wc. There are two bedrooms all fitted wardrobes one master one with twin beds.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking and balance is to be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to holiday commencing.
A £50 bond is also required which will be refunded within 10 days after vacating the caravan upon a satisfactory inspection.
