Now booking for the Autumn including short breaks. Prices from £110 for 3 nights. the price includes gas, electricity, cosy well equipped van, duvets, pillows, mattress protectors in fact all you could need. Just bring your own towels, sheets, pillow cases, t towels and duvet covers. A deposit of £100 will secure your holiday and the balance 6 weeks before or by arrangement if the holiday within the six weeks. A retunable damage deposit of £50 is required on booking which will not be cashed unless significant loss or damage occurs and this is not for small disasters or wear and tear of caravan.

My caravan is well equipped and friendly with attention to detail for your comfort and enjoyment. It has a hill and sea view and is sited on an attractive and secluded plot with easy access to many places of interest within the Jurassic coastal areas.
The van is fully equipped for six people with cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils etc all that you could need. There is a microwave/oven and a full size over/grill as well, also a BBQ you could use. its a comfortable van.
Swanage is a busy bustling town with a unique character. It stays lively all year and has a range of attractions throughout the year especially the folk festival and carnival.
Swanage Bay View looks down upon the town and there are stunning views from all around the site which is quiet and friendly. Swanage Bay View has individual plots, mature shrubs and trees.
My caravan is ideal for all sorts of holidays. A moment away is a gate leading on to the hills, near the Priests way and with easy or harder walks you may choose. A walk or a short ride away is Swanage town itself with all the attractions and the seafront.
The van is dog friendly. Private patio and grassed area with mature shrubs are all around the van and the parking space for the van is right next to it. There are two smart bars and a club house and swimming pool fairly nearby, a short walk down from the van but not near enough to hear anything. In any case, the site is very quiet and part residential so you will not be disturbed during your stay. In the Autumn the swimming pool has various exercise classes as well as open sessions and you pay as you go for them.
The walks are amazing and the town always has something going on, I look forward to welcoming you to my van at Swanage Bay View!
