Hi, We have a luxury two bed (4 berth) static caravan to rent at Hopton Holiday Village, it is fully central heated with a radiator in every room.
Just three minutes walk from the sandy beachfront and swimming pool/complex. Parking next to the caravan.
We have two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet. We also have a seperate toilet and double shower room.
Bedding is provided, however you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, gas hob/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster. There's a dining table to seat four people. There's also an iron and ironing board.
There's free standing furniture in the lounge. There's also a electric fire, DVD player and Sky plus and we also have Sky on the kitchen and bedroom TV's.
Outside there is a patio with seating area and bbq. There's also a verandah and chairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or two :o)
Entertainment passes for Hopton Holiday Village can be bought at reception we do not include these as some families do not require them as there's so much to do and see in the local area.
A non refundable deposit of £100.00p is required to hold any weeks due within one week of booking. the balance is due within 5 weeks of your holiday. Date to be advised at time of booking.
In addition to the final holiday price a £100.00 deposit cheque is required, this will only be cashed in the event of any significant damage (minor breakages such as the odd glass wouldn't be charged). If all is in order when you leave, after being checked for any damage or losses, providing all is left clean and tidy then we will return the cheque to you within two weeks.
