Large, privately owned, PET/SMOKE FREE, 8 Berth, 3 BEDROOM Caravan, (35ft x 12ft) at PAR SANDS LEISURE PARK & NATURE RESERVE. THE PARK RUNS BEHIND THE SAND DUNES TO THE BEACH!
Extremely comfortable, double glazed, modern 3 bedroom caravan which is furnished to a high degree. The living area is open plan, lounge/diner/kitchen. There is an extra pull-out double bed, under the large settee area.
The kitchen is amply equipped with full-sized cooker and fridge, Microwave, toaster, and iron.
Three bedrooms (one double and two twins- TWINS CAN BE MADE INTO DOUBLES), shower room, separate WC. Duvets and pillows supplied- guests are required to bring their own sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase. Hairdryer in double room.
TV with freeview box & video player.
FREE -240v Mains Electricity, Hot and Cold running water and Bottled Gas included. FREE POOL PASSES! Good-sized garden area.

PARK FACILITIES
Par Sands Holiday Park is maintained to a high standard and offers a small indoor pool with aqua slide, (included in your holiday price), crazy golf, tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, playgrounds, games room, laundry and shop. There is beautiful Freshwater lake & bird sanctuary on-site.
The caravan park runs parallel to the dunes of PAR SANDS, a beautifully natural, very long and sandy beach in a tranquil setting. Its clear waters are safe for swimming and is popular for windsurfing, whatever the tide.
Less than half an hour walk on the coastal path from the beach will take you to Polkerris with its famous pub on the beach, you can then continue on to Menabilly- Daphne du Maurier's old haunt and on again until you reach St Catherine's Castle at the mouth of the Fowey estuary.
A leisurely 5-10 minute walk Into Par Village will take you to bus stops, shops, library, Post Office, pubs, Indian restaurant, and takeaways. 15 minutes walk at the most will take you to Par railway station.
Par Sands is almost central to Cornwall, only 10 minutes from the famous Eden Project, villages of Fowey and Charlestown, and St Austell, 45 or less minutes from The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Looe, Polperro, Newquay, Bodmin Moor, Padstow, Truro, Lanhydrock House, Mevasissey etc- fundamentally you will have the whole of Cornwall at your fingertips to explore.
