Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
The caravan is situated in a quite area of St Osyth Beach Holiday Park just a 2 minute walk from the beach.
Our caravan has 1 double bedroom,1 bedroom with 2 single beds (these can be pushed together if required)and a pull out double bed in the lounge area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clothes airer, iron & ironing board if you do need to do a bit of washing. There is a seperate dining area. The shower room is seperate from the toilet.
Garden chairs and windbreaks are available for your use.
Duvets, pillows and bottom sheets are provided, you just need to provide the duvet covers and pillowcases.
A 25% non-returnable deposit will be required to secure a booking with the final balance due 4 weeks before date booked.There is also a £50.00 security deposit required along with the final balance which will be returned within 7 days of departure providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy, as found on arrival, and there are no damages.
The caravan will be available from 3pm on day of arrival (PLEASE NOTE you will pick up the keys from reception and this closes at 5pm) and you will need to vacate the caravan by 11am on the day of departure.
There is a small shopping kiosk in reception and a five minute walk from St Osyth Beach Holiday Park takes you to a small set of shops with cafe, groceries store with fresh bread, cakes and pizzas, an off licence and newsagents.
A short drive takes you to coastal towns such as Frinton-on-Sea or you can head inland for picturesque countryside. Shopoholics will enjoy the nearby Clacton Factory Shopping Village and in Colchester, a twenty min drive, you will find the fantastic Colchester Zoo or Go Bananas indoor play area.
