£50 deposit to secure dates, remainder to be paid 4 weeks before your stay.If Holiday is cancelled Deposit is non-refundable. £50 Respect Bond Fully Returned After Caravan Inspection For Damage this includes stains. Bedding Linen and towels not supplied, But quilts and pillows supplied (Note Master bed is a king size)

Main Description
The magnificent St James was the ABI flagship model providing the ultimate in holiday home experience with superb quality throughout.Double Glazing throughout,Central heating,Wrap round decking external lighting.

Situated in quiet part of park nice little cul de sac, 2nd row back from the sea .Perfect for a relaxing get away put your feet up enjoy a glass of wine or two on the patio set outside on the decking .

Skipsea Sands is located just below the cliff top with stunning views over to Bridlington ,Hornsae is 5 mile away and Bridlington 9 mile. Both served by good bus service, In summer Bus carries onto Scarborough. Skirlington market is not far away And Beverley about 30 Min drive well worth a visit

Lounge
Pull out double sofa bed, Curved windows next to the french doors opening onto the Wrap round decking, Two single swivel chairs TV And Sky Box set Bundle package (please note films and catch up will not work due to no WI FI But will be coming in the future) Dimmable lights behind sofa.

Kitchen.
Fully fitted kitchen, with integrated washer, dishwasher, wine chiller with pull down shutter, 5 Ring gas hob, Built in oven and microwave, Juicer, Toaster kettle. Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Dinning table to seat 4, Freezer, Fridge Al kitchen crockery, pans etc

Main bedroom:
Superb Bedroom which features a king size bed, a stunning wall of wardrobes (including trouser rack, pull down clothes rail, bank of drawers and concealed TV unit), stylish dressing table and chair, lots of lighting as well as a full en-suite shower room with towel rack basin and electric shaver point, (Note no tv in this room one coming shortly)

Bedroom 2
Twin beds with large wardrobe and mirror in arch way ,also wall mounted TV with freeveiw.

Bathroom
Lovely Whirlpool bath, Mixer bar shower, Mirrored cabinets and sink Electric shaver point.

Outside lighting onto wrap round decking.

Entertainment Complex,
Consists of Nisa shop, Launderette, Fish shop, Sauna, Gym, Ten pin bowling, Fishing lake, Sports hall, Swimming pool, 2 Amusement arcades. Outdoor play area. Sports bar and diner, Show Bar with various acts, bingo, kids entertainment

Park has a 12 month Licence But Facilities close mid Nov to beginning of Mar. But social club is open all year and has a small entrance fee (New Social Club opening soon on right before entering park)

Booked at last minute for Autumn half term week. On arrival the caravan was found to be in an immaculate condition (just like the pictures!), really clean and comfy. Didn't see much of the holiday park as we were out and about during most of our stay. Mick was an absolute pleasure to deal with from initial inquiry to arranging payment and stay. As others have said, this really is 5* accommodation. Would definitely book again.

Myself and my husband have stayed in the caravan twice it is a lovely caravan and feels like home from home with very modern facilities. The position of the caravan on site is great a stones throw from the beach and a 2 minute walk to site amenities. We will definitely be going again .

We have been coming to skipsea sands for 4 years,we booked michael's van after a recommendation and we're not disappointed , this top of the range luxury van is amazing 5star accommodation. Booking was easy and michal very easy to deal withwe will definitely be booking again
