Owner's Booking Terms
To secure a booking for 2018 season you need to pay an 'early bird' reduced deposit of £50 immediately to secure your dates and the remaining balance of the holiday by end January 2018 for any holidays in taken in March 2018. Any remaining balance by end of February 2018 for holidays in April 2018. Any holidays taken after April 2018 require a further £50 by End of February 2018 with the remaining balance due precisely 8 weeks before your holiday. This is an EARLY BIRD OFFER and will end of November 2017 when it will revert to £100.00 deposit to secure each break up front thereafter.
The deposit is held as a damage/loss bond and paid back soon after the holiday ends provided the van left as found on arrival and a review is submitted on this website.
Following an inspection on your departure, deductions will be made for any damage or to cover missing items. Please note that Haven only provide a 'top up' cleaning service between lets, so will inform me if a deduction of £40 is needed to cover a deeper clean and this will be recovered from your bond if required to bring the van back up to letting standard. How much of your bond is returned and how quickly, is entirely dependent on you.
To get your preferred dates please contact me to pay your deposit asap as it works on a first paid, first booked basis. Once paid, the status of your chosen break will be displayed on this site page as PROVISIONAL until final payment is made.

PAYMENT IN FULL MUST BE MADE BY 8 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY BEGINS. NO EXTENSIONS, NO EXCUSES. ALL MONEY PAID AT THIS STAGE WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE, SO YOU ARE ADVISED STRONGLY TO PURCHASE INDEPENDENT HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER ANY UNFORSEEN LOSSES.

Once paid in full the status of your holiday dates on the availability form will display as BOOKED.

As a private booking, the van can be accessed from 2pm onwards without a check-in at Reception queueing amongst crowds of people, so drive straight to the van to start your holiday. A 'key code' will be text to you to allow access to the van between 1-2 pm.

You MUST vacate my van by 10am on your departure date to allow Haven access to service it between bookings. I strongly advise you pack unwanted items into your car the night before, to make your morning less of a rush to leave.

Bed linen and towels are NOT supplied.

The lead person on the booking form must be over 21 years old and will be held responsible for any damage/loss during the holiday. Only persons named on the booking form can stay in the holiday home with a maximum capacity of x 6 people in total. No same sex groups, hen, stag, birthday parties, or private parties are allowed in the van. Maximum occupancy is x 6 people at all times. SMOKING IS NOT permitted in the holiday home and any evidence discovered by Haven staff will result in the loss of your deposit/bond. You may smoke on the front/side decking but do not leave any stains or cigarette butts lying around i.e. do not pop them over the decking on to the grass, or use crockery as ashtrays - dispose responsibly! You are not permitted to charge up an electric vehicle or valet any car whilst on the property, nor connect any external water/power supply from the van to service anything externally i.e. paddling/spa pool, patio/BBQ heater or anything that may cause nuisance to nearby vans.

I do not accept responsibility for loss, damage or personal injury during the term of your holiday so you are also ADVISED TO SEEK INDEPENDENT HOLIDAY INSURANCE as mentioned earlier, to cover you for all eventualities.

NB: My prices are calculated from current offer prices on the official Haven site for my category of van, providing each booking with enough discounted money to purchase passes separately and still benefit from extra money off so please don't ask for cheaper - I have seasonal expenses to cover.

A pamphlet of information will be sent at least 2 weeks before your holiday begins. It will include an itinerary list that needs to be checked on arrival.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE: Haven Weymouth Bay site rules must be adhered to at all times and details are available on their own website for you to view. Haven Weymouth Bay will execute their management and security permissions according to their corporate protocol and will act on my behalf to ensure holidays run smoothly.
Additional Instructions
Please choose from the dates advertised or if a shorter date is preferred, request bookings for 3 nights (Fri - Mon), 4 nights (Mon - Fri). All dates are advertised on a 7 days basis (Saturday – Saturday) as these are most popular but I am unable to let peak weeks on a 3 (Fri-Mon) or 4 (Mon-Fri) night basis.

All occupants must be named including their ages and full UK address plus contact details, for site safety & security reasons and these details will be supplied to Haven for this purpose only and kept under data protection rules.

Your booking will only be secured once a deposit is received and confirmed back to you. Your payment in full must be made by eight weeks precisely before the holiday starts. Once paid at this point it is not refundable so I recommend you take out holiday insurance to protect you from any unforeseen losses that may occur.

Main Description
This luxurious holiday home sited at the 5* rated Haven Weymouth Bay, has nice views across the park where you can 'people watch' all day long. A tarmac parking bay is immediately outside this unit leading to a small side deck with gated access. Inside you will enter a spacious, modern and contemporary living space with a kitchen housing a full size gas oven/hob, a combination microwave and lots of kitchen storage. The cupboards and drawers hold crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishes & pans. Nearby is a full-sized fridge/freezer and cupboard with cleaning equipment. Its truly home from home!

Off the kitchen to your left is a dining area with solid oak dining suite with four high back chairs where the room opens out into the lounge. The lounge has a 32" colour TV and DVD player and Bluetooth Speaker located on a modern wall unit that also houses an electric wall-mounted fire with real flame effect below a large mirror. The large sofa - which also houses a folding, double sprung bed - sweeps around the walls of the van opposite the wall unit with a useful coffee table. Fully lined curtains and nets throughout are used for privacy or keeping critters out, leading you to the enclosed front decking where there is a bistro table and two chairs so you can enjoy days/nights eating alfresco.

Through the door on your right at the kitchen area you will lead into a small hallway where you will find the shower room on your right. It has a walk in power shower, extractor fan, wash basin, toilet, storage shelves and a radiator. Back along the hallway on your left a door leads into the twin bedroom containing two 2'6" beds with quality sprung mattresses. There is a bedside light and unit between the beds, a wardrobe with two drawers below and vanity mirror over a radiator. The 'piste la resistance' is the door ahead which houses the master bedroom with king size bed that has a deep sprung mattress. Bedside lights and shelving alongside and overhead fit around a soft padded large headboard, a full size double wardrobe with large lower drawers at the foot of the bed provides ample storage, with the vanity unit alongside including a stool and an ensuite is located next to that within the same room for your convenience. A large window by the far side of the bed, makes this room light & airy with lined and net curtains for privacy.

Set a short walk away from the main reception and entertainment complex, this caravan's location is pleasantly quiet yet close to all of your needs, making for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The activities field with football pitch and crazy golf is also close by and can be seen from the front decking of the van.

The van is well insulated so you should feel warm and cosy during your stay on chilly nights or even in the worst of weather!

GAS & ELECTRIC ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE. ALSO PILLOWS & DUVETS FOR BEDS.

Cleaning/washing fluids & cloths, toilet rolls, or bed linen & towels are NOT provided.
