£65 a night £400 a week March, April, November and December

£70 a night £450 a week May, June, Sept, Oct

£75 a night £500 a week July, August, Bank Holidays, School Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year

Payments by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer

25% reservation deposit on booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before your stay

Prices include Electricity, Gas, Clean Linen and Towels

Booking Conditions:

• 25% Deposit

• Payment is due in full 4 weeks before the arrival date

• If the reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival, the full rental will be forfeited unless the caravan can be re-booked on similar terms, in which case only the deposit
will be forfeited

• The caravan will be available for occupation from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, and you are required to leave by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made

• Clean bed linen and towels are provided.

• Electricity and water are mains and gas is provided by calor gas.

• Keys are in a lock box at the caravan. Details regarding codes and directions will be forwarded to you once the final balance payment has been made

• There is parking for one vehicle alongside the caravan. Any additional vehicles must use the visitors car park provided

Main Description
A modern, well appointed comfortable caravan. Two bedrooms, one with double bed with ensuite toilet and hand basin and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have televisions and fitted wardrobes.

Separate family bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

As you enter the caravan, you have a dining table and four chairs on the left. In front of you is a modern kitchen complete with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and lots of cupboard space.

The main lounge is very bright and spacious, with wrap around comfortable seating. An electric fire is set in the wall for those chilly nights. New, LED 32 inch television with integrated DVD player. Patio doors open onto the front decking.

Outside is the side decking complete with patio furniture. Ideal chilling out on those warm summer days.

All the caravan windows are double glazed and full radiator central heating to ensure you're always comfortable, even on chilly nights.

The price includes towels, bedding, cleaning, electricity and gas.

Riverside is the beating heart of the park offering delicious meals all day long, from a Full English breakfast, lunchtime snacks and evening meals serving a fabulous range of dishes using only the finest local produce. Alternatively, sit on one of the many balconies with a glass of wine enjoying far stretching views down the river and over the Welcombe Hills. Riverside also has a large children's play area and has live entertainment at the weekends during the main season.
