Owner's Booking Terms
£100 deposit must be paid within 7 days to confirm the booking or dates will be re-released. Full Names and Ages of all persons staying in the van required at time of booking. Full rental balance plus an extra £100 security bond (refundable assuming condition of van is the same as when you arrive), this is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Full Rental charge is due immediately when booking if the holiday date is less than 6 weeks from booking.

Main Description
Our prestige graded caravan is a 2 bedroom 2017 Swift Bordeaux which accommodates a maximum of four people.

It is sited on the brand new development and the plot is considered by many, to be one of the best on the park with stunning panoramic sea views overlooking Filey Bay, with Bempton Cliffs to the right and Filey Brigg to the left.

The caravan benefits from D/G and gas C/H throughout, private parking and a large wrap around decking with gate.

The caravan has a sizeable open plan living, dinig and kitchen area with a 2 seater settee and a 3 seater settee, dining table and 4 chairs, television and DVD player.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms providing accommodation for 4 people. There is one large master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite toilet and wash basin and a television to be able to relax. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The main bathroom has a power shower, wash basin with shave point above and toilet.

The kitchen is spacious and comes complete with a gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals. Obviously being on holiday you might decide you would prefer not to cook, this is not a problem as there are many places to eat around the park and nearby. We expect out precious holiday home to be left in the same excellent condition that you found it in.

All beds will be made up for your arrival but you will be require to bring your own towels. There will be a welcome pack with the essentials you might need to get your holiday started.

To the side of the van is an allocated parking space enough for 1 car. Please refrain from parking on the grass.

Whilst entertainment passes are not included in the price of the holiday, these can be purchased quickly and easily from the main reception on arrival if required. They are needed to gain entry into the main complex and all swimming pools.

The van is situated right next to the footpath down to the beach which is only 5 minutes away and the same distance from the complex.

If you are looking for more than just a place to sleep, if you are looking for a luxurious, stylish and homely caravan in a quiet area of the park with beach access close by, then this is the place for you. Whilst we are by no means the cheapest place to stay on the park, we do pride ourselves in providing a lovely homely place to stay. All that we ask is that you treat our family holiday home with the same respect that we do,

Our beautiful holiday home can be reserved for £100 non-refundable deposit, with the balance and additional security bond of £100 to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. This can be paid by bank transfer.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is a 5* resort on the east coast and is undoubtedly the most popular. Whether you want an action packed, entertainment filled holiday with kids or a quiet relaxing break with loved ones, this is a place to consider. There are many activities on the park, 3 swimming pools, a boating lake, fishing lake, archery, a small fun fair with rides and many other activities.

There are plenty of places to eat around the park for all tastes, West Pier, Mash and Barrel and the new Lakeside resturant (near the boating lake) Papa John's Pizza, Fish and Chips, Millie's Cookies (inside the complex) and a Starbucks coffee shop. There is Primrose Diner just off site that serves a variety of meals. There is a large convenience store with a bakery on site, a laundry and cash facilities.

Access to the beach is easy, following the path next to our van or walking past the main complex to the alternative route. Both routes to the beach are a little steep in places but both have a smooth road so are ideal for buggies or push chairs.

Going further afield, away from the park, just 15-20 minutes away there is Bridlington and Scarborough, further north from Scarborough is Whitby, about 1 hours drive away.

Small, well behaved, house trained dogs will be considered at the discretion of the owner.

Check in for our caravan is from 14:00 and your time for departure is 10:00.

On the day of your check in, you will be met at the caravan so you will be able to go straight there.
