Our family holiday home can be reserved for a £100 non-refundable deposit with balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payments can be made in instalments or in one lump sum either by cheque or a direct bank transfer. For any full weeks booked outside the peak season weeks, a discount will be applied!!

Main Description
Our caravan is situated with sea views in a quiet area of the park, 10 minutes’ walk to the complex, with all its attractions, and only 20 minute walk to the beach. With our holiday home you don’t need to compromise- you will be staying in modern luxury surroundings whilst being ideally situated to get the most out of what you want from your holiday.

This stunning home from home, family owned, prestige caravan, located on A16 Rose Bank, offers a spacious living area with ample seating, complete with a 32” TV with built in DVD player, for those relaxing evenings. The French doors at the front of the caravan open up onto the full veranda where there is seating for you to enjoy the sea view and relax in the outdoor atmosphere. For those colder days and nights, our caravan is fully double glazed with central heating throughout. (Our caravan is also wheelchair and pram friendly as the veranda has a ramp for access) Within the caravan there is a modern fitted kitchen, complete with a gas hob and oven, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, all the crockery needed for making a family meal along with a free-standing dining table.

There are 3 bedrooms; a spacious double bedroom complete with en-suite toilet, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, there are also two twin rooms with wardrobe space. Each bedroom comes complete with white bed linen, that has been professionally laundered, and beds are made up for your arrival. The bathroom offers a spacious walk in power shower, sink basin and toilet.

For your convenience there is a vacuum and a supply of cleaning products under the sink- we ask that our precious family holiday home to be left in the same pristine condition that you found it in. All we ask is that you bring your own towels, bathmat, tea towels and any personal items you wish.

Our caravan has its own car space on the same pitch with enough space to fit 2 cars and is fully fitted with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

All gas and electricity is included within the price however, Fun-works passes are NOT included but these can be easily purchased from the main reception.

Full weeks and short weeks:

All week lettings run from Friday to Friday.
Weekend lettings run Friday to Monday.
Midweek lettings run Monday to Friday.

Unlike other private caravan owners, we do not require a security bond (against any damage) we trust that our guests will treat our holiday home with the same respect we do. We understand that accidents can sometimes happen. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can rectify this before the next guests arrive.

This is strictly a NO SMOKING and NO PETS HOLIDAY HOME (unless prior agreement has been made with the caravan owner for dogs). Evidence of either will result in customers being billed for a deep clean.

Important terms and conditions. Please read before booking!

Please be aware that any damages and breakages (over £10) must be paid for and will be billed directly to the customer by either Haven or ourselves. This includes any deep cleans deemed necessary or any discretionary refunds to guests that follow you into the caravan should we be unable to present our holiday in our usual pristine condition.

This is strictly a NO SMOKING and NO PETS HOLIDAY HOME. Evidence of either will result in customers being billed for a deep clean. Whilst BBQs are allowed on park, Haven rules stipulate that these should be held well away from any caravans. BBQs are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON THE VERANDA OF OUR HOLIDAY HOME. There is plenty of space on the grounds of the caravan pitch so you are more than welcome to have BBQ’s on the grass area of our caravan pitch.

The £100 deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, only the balance will be refunded and only if the holiday is resold. In some circumstances (usually at short notice) this may be at a reduced cost to the original advertised price. In such cases, guests will be refunded only the amount of the re-sale value minus the deposit.

Please note that all Haven Park rules must be adhered to whilst staying on site. This includes no single sex group parties or under 21s bookings. Please see the Haven website for further details. In booking with us, and paying for your holiday, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Primrose Valley:

HAVEN Primrose valley is a 5* holiday park, the park facilities are exceptional with non-stop entertainment available for all ages, day and night. The park boasts many attractions and there are plenty of activities to entertain all the family, climbing wall, rope course, fishing lake and go karts to name a few. There are 2 family indoor heated pools with slides and water features and new for 2016 Haven has just completed a refurbishment and extension to the indoor pool. There are loads of children’s clubs and activities to keep the younger holidays makers entertained.

Surrounding area:

The Holiday Park is located near Filey between Bridlington and Scarborough also nearby is Flamborough Headland Heritage coast and RSPB Bempton Cliffs. Bridlington is a 15 minutes’ drive and Scarborough is a 19 minutes’ drive away from the holiday park. There are loads of walks, events and activities happening throughout the year in the surrounding area and we really recommend you search the web to find out when and where these take place.
