Owner's Booking Terms
We ask for a £100 non-refundable deposit within a week from confirming the booking and the balance 6 weeks before the commencement of hire. This will be Saturday to Saturday (please arrive after 3 pm and leave before 10 am the following Saturday.

£100 damage deposit (refunded after your stay if no damage is incurred) A key release form will be sent once funds have cleared, the key is to be collected and returned from the Kelling Heath Owners reception.

Main Description
Our Caravan, on plot NR8, is nestled within the 300 acres of glorious woodland on the Kelling Heath Holiday Park. It is on a private plot surrounded by trees (and plenty of wildlife including squirrels and deer). The park has everything you need to relax with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool along with a gym, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. There is cycle hire on site and many tracks for walking and cycling including open heath, beautiful woodland and amazing views of Weybourne and the sea. For the sporty visitors there are newly re-surfaced Tennis courts and two fishing ponds (Licence required). There is a conservation area with a newly constructed shelter to view the wildlife. There is a shop which is well stocked with local produce and gifts along with restaurant, bar, amusement arcade and pizza takeaway and launderette. There is free WiFi available in the bar and restaurant.

The park is well situated for local beaches Weybourne, Sheringham or Cromer (with its pier) quaint shops and a host of cafes and restaurants. It is also in easy reach of Blakeney Morston and Cley

Historical interests are Blickling Hall and Holkham Hall (where they hold musical concerts and recitals ) and the lovely village of Holt. The Norfolk broads are just a few miles away where you can hire a boat for the day.

Dog owners are welcome to bring a maximum of 2 dogs and dog crates are provided in the porch to ensure dogs are comfortable and safe while drying out after those long walks in the woods! The plot is fully fenced in so dogs can run free on the plot - but must be kept on leads at all times when off the plot.

There really is so much to see and do, come and enjoy it!
