Owner's Booking Terms
For bookings, telephone to make payment of £45 booking fee and £150 damage deposit. Once fees taken, Dates will be blocked out on calendar. Booking form will be sent out, needed to be filled out, sent back, payment of full holiday is to be paid six weeks prior to stay. Sometimes in lower season may be able to book one week before stay.

A key release form will be sent out one week before stay, when given to release key, it entitles you to half price facilities for one person. There is a charge for dogs, will accept up to 2 medium sized well behaved dogs. For one week £35 each dog extra. Also Bed linen, hand towels, tea towels can be hired, at an extra charge. You can hire for less, if you are prepared to wash them at the on site launderette, morning of check out.

Check in time is after 4 p.m
Check out is Noon

Those whom may be later than 8 pm will have to inform owner, a day prior to stay, due to allowing time to arrange access of keys...

Main Description
Hello and welcome to our holiday home

Muntjac View, is on a large natural plot, set in the woods, where you will have peace and tranquility And a chance to be at one with nature, and to see lots of different birds, squirrels, and will be lucky to spot a Muntjac or more?? Which is a small deer, bought over from Aisa in the Victorian times. They are sweet, shy animals, but will just wander onto our plot from time to time...

The holiday home may be older, and not so modern looking, but it has all you need for your stay. It's warm, clean, comfortable, and even has spare light bulbs, a torch, and batteries.... everything you can think of....even a sewing kit....

There is one door, that leads into a spacious horse shoe style kitchen, with a full size gas cooker, plenty of cupboard space and work tops. There is a microwave, toaster, and one cup hot water machine. There is all you need for your stay, plenty of crockery, glasses, cups, cook wear, children's plates, cups, knives and forks. There is a large intergrated fridge freezer

There is a round dining table and four chairs, but it can seat six, as spare fold up chairs in the shed

You will then be lead into the cozy lounge, with wrap around sofa, plenty of room , with a fold out sofa bed, ideal for two children, up to age 12, or one adult only....

There is a gas fire, TV, with built in DVD player. Stereo, plenty of games, DVDs, and CDs, and a few books, and a coffee table....

The real show stopper, are the very large bay WINDOWS, as it gives you such a wonderful view, of all the beautiful nature outside.....

From the kitchen, you go into the hallway, which leads you to firstly the bathroom, with a cabinet, low level w c, large sink, and a double shower, which you can sit in....

The next room is the twin room, two single comfortable beds, with over the bed cupboards, and a wadrobe and drawer space
With children's games and books in....

The master bedroom has a king size bed, with an orthopedic new mattress, over the bed cupboards, and side units with lights on the wall.. A large to the floor bay window, and triple mirrored wadrobe, with drawer space, and an en suite. A TV will be put on the wall....

Outside, there is a large shed, with garden furniture in, a Hoover, a rotary washing four armed washing line and plenty of space for bikes ect

The plot is large, but natural, there is a rope washing line, also a rotary one in the shed

There is a cast iron bench in front of the static, and at the side, a bistro set, for two
Extra tables, chairs in the shed

I think we are the only plot on Kelling with our own mini hill??? Which has been proven it dates back to Saxon Times, and is protected, so please no digging on it by dogs, or children??

We are about a 3 minute walk to the main square, which has, a small pizza place, a shop, The Forge Restaurant, and Terrace Bar, also where the fitness center is, indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and access to the out door pool, and a small arcade..... Sunday lunch is an amazing carvery, served between noon and 3 pm.....proper good old fashioned home cooked food, sourced locally...held in the main restaurant.....

We are almost opposite to the tennis courts
Also there is Golf, A lake, A steam train that takes you into Sherringham
Plenty of other outdoor activities
Night jar walks on a summers evening
Table tennis, outdoors

Dogs welcome anywhere on the park, as long as on a lead, but there are plenty of walks off the lead

We will allow same sex groups, but no Stag or hen parties, and must be all over 25 yrs old.....

There is just so much to do, you don't even have to leave the park, as it's packed full of activities, and so much fun for all ages. If you are looking for a peaceful place, then Muntjac is the place to stay, as you feel as if you are the only ones that are staying, as the statics are spaced far apart, and are hidden by trees, bushes, and's definitely a great place to be, to have tranquility,and yet you are only a few minutes walk to the main square, where plenty happens....

We all just loved it. Such a beautiful little place So many things in the caravan, lovely extra touches Well worth the money, as your getting a whole caravan for less than two persons in a regular bed and breakfast per night Children's games and books DVDs, CDs, everything, not that we needed it, as enjoyed our walks and kids loved the steam train into Sherringham Will definitely be booking again Well done to the new owners And thanks

It was the owners first season, after taking over someone else Wow factor, everything you need, I mean everything Thought about a first aid kit, sewing kit, tissues, ECT ECT Games for children, and books Also for adults Very comfortable bed, and so clean We will definitely be going back In warmer weather The kids. Us the dog totally enjoyed our stay It may be an older Static, but still has all mod cons, and feels very homely, almost like a little cottage in the woods, and true to it's name, two muntjacs, wandering on the plot, what a great site it was
