Superb holiday home on Devon Cliffs 5 star park, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a another double. There is also a foldaway bed in the lounge. Our holiday home is fully double glazed and centrally heated and has a large shower and toilet.
In the kitchen is a full size cooker, microwave and large fridge freezer along with a full inventory of kitchen utensils, pans, crockery etc. The spacious lounge has French doors opening onto a sunny, south facing balcony with stunning open views across to Torbay and Berry Head Lighthouse. Within the lounge you will find a Free-view TV, DVD player and a CD/radio. There is a large grassed area at the side of the holiday home. Private parking for 3 vehicles adjacent.
THERE IS A £50 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PAYABLE FOR BREAKAGES ETC.

Devon Cliffs: This is a flagship Haven Holiday Park with full, first class facilities for all ages Our holiday home is situated on one of the quietest areas of Devon Cliffs, previously for owners only, with fantastic, open and sunny south facing views over Torbay, Berry Head, Dawlish and the River Exe estuary.
The main complex is a 5/10 minute stroll away, as is the beach. The south west coastal path is 2 minutes away, opening up the beautiful and historic east Devon Jurassic coast. All your needs are catered for with the 5 star facilities on site which include a shopping complex, laundry, bakery, hire shop, full entertainment for children and adults, indoor and outdoor pools, sports zone multiple activities, evening entertainment with great family shows, cabaret, comedy acts, live music and discos. There is also a new modern spa offering a full range of treatments and therapies and a gym. Leisure passes can be purchased from reception.
Locally: There is a Tesco and McDonald's just 5 minutes drive away from Devon Cliffs and a pub and thatched cottage meals if you fancy a short stroll off the park. Sandy Bay: The famous wide, safe, sandy beach is accessed directly from the site where you will find acres of golden sand and shallow sea, with refreshment and a beach shop.
Exmouth: Exmouth is a major resort in Devon where the River Exe meets the sea, with miles of golden sand and a busy marina where fishing boats ply their trade. Location: Full transport facilities are available, including a rail and coach station, with a regular bus service to the park from the town.
