This is our privately owned, 35ft x 12ft, 3 bedroom caravan, which sleeps up to 6 people, with a put-u-up in the dining area to accommodate 2 more.
The caravan is fully equipped with most of the things you'll need for your holiday, the master bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a larger bed if desired, all bedrooms have a wardrobe and cupboards for storage, we provide duvets and pillows, but you will need to supply your own linen.
We have a fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, etc. The bathroom has a WC, wash basin and a shower enclosure incorporating a small childrens bath. You will need to supply your own towels.

We have a full length veranda outside, with table, chairs and parasol, we look out over a stream with ducks, which is nice to just relax and let the world go by.
There’s a lockable storage shed, so if you wish to bring bikes etc, there’s somewhere for you to store them. We have our own parking space right by the caravan, so no struggling with your luggage, etc.
Our caravan is situated in a pleasant location on the White Horse site of the very popular 4 star Bunn Leisure Holiday Village in Selsey, West Sussex. The holiday village is comprised of 3 parks (4 if you include the touring caravan site). The site really does have something for everyone, whether you just want to relax or join in the activities on offer, or a pleasant mix of both.
On the Green Lawns Park, you’ll find the Viking Club, which is excellent for those of you who like your music with a Country and Western edge to it, the club features regular Line Dancing sessions for the more energetic amongst you.
The White Horse Park features a pool, a bar, a shop, an arcade, fast food outlet, and of course the White Horse Club, which hosts some of the sites top evening entertainment.
Onto the West Sands site, you’ll find the £multi-million Oasis leisure centre, featuring pools, lazy river, flumes, sauna, beauty parlour, a fully equipped gym, arcades, 2 bars, a restaurant, fast food outlet, a teenagers area, a beach shop, a provisions shop, and of course, the Embassy club, which hosts the evening entertainment.
There’s an on-site fairground*, go-karts*, bike hire*, crazy golf*, a fast food outlet, another provisions shop, fish and chip shop, and a site shop for any of those items you forgot to pack. For the younger guests, there’s the Bunni Club, which provides entertainment for the little ‘uns.
*Local charges apply, and are not included in the entertainment passes.
There is an on-site courtesy bus service that runs late into the night/morning, so you can enjoy the evenings entertainment, without the worry of getting back to the caravan.
You will need to purchase passes for the entertainment which are available from reception, the passes cover all 3 parks, and allow unlimited use of the sites pools, bar and club facilities.

**NEW FOR SUMMER 2010: Bunn Leisure have teamed up with CHELSEA FC, to run summer holiday football coaching sessions, with the possibilty of appearances by Chelsea players.
Locally, Selsey village is only a short walk away, and has a variety of local shops, including a Co-op that’s open until 11PM. Chichester, Arundel, and Portsmouth (Gunwharf Quays is excellent for shopping) aren’t too far away, nor is the Isle of Wight if you fancy a day-trip.
Sorry, depending upon mobility, the caravan isn’t very accessible for people with disabilities, but any questions, please ask.
Due to the distance away we are, we are unable to accommodate weekend only rental, a rental period is from Saturday 4PM to Saturday 10AM.
Due to site rules, we cant accommodate single gender parties or groups of under 21s.
This is a non-smoking caravan.
We do not accept pets.
