Large double bedroom, with en-suite toilet/wash-basin. Second bedroom with twin beds. Pull-out double bed in the lounge. Comfortably sleeps 4 or 6 people. Central heating and double glazing for any cold days.
Seven minutes walk or three minute cycle ride to central facilities at Presthaven. Join in all the activities, or enjoy the peaceful location of Gwydir 03-30. Perfect for older couple, families, or anyone who wants to be on the edge of the Presthaven Sands park, rather than right next to all the noise of the central complex.
Luxury interior, with comfortable couch to seat 10 people if needed. Flat screen samsung lcd 32" tv, and dvd player included. Cupboard full of dvd movies for you to choose, and bookshelf of selected reading titles. Satellite dish installed on roof, so bring your receiver with you. Video cables already connected for xbox360 & wii, so bring your games consoles with you too.

"We all enjoyed the break. Nice and quiet (except for the seagulls). Lovely to get up in the morning and see a view, not houses. Plenty on site to accommodate families and in close proximity to the beach. Pleased with the caravan – slept well and pleased with facilities, especially the quality of the TV picture..."
