Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Two new lodges, one is 'platinum' rated the other 'gold' at the Waterside Holiday Park in Paignton available to let. The lodge is available for week, weekend and mid-week breaks from as little as £110.
With stunning views looking out to sea the both lodge offer luxury, including en-suite facilities, with sea views, a beautiful lounge and a high specification kitchen. The platinum lodge also has a balcony.
Set within one of the most popular holiday parks, you can enjoy use of the outdoor swimming pool, kids club, on-site restaurants and live entertainment up to the end of October. Thereafter, the lodges are still available for rent and the local area offers wonderful restaurant and entertainment options.
Whether you want to stay within the holiday season (April-October) or out of season, the English Riviera offers beautiful sandy beaches, first class local theatres, cinemas and restaurants and wonderful historic towns. Waterside Holiday Park sits within easy reach of Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham.
Accommodation
The platinum lodge is equipped with one room with luxury double bed and en-suite, one room with two single beds and a small double sofa bed in the lounge. The accommodation can sleep up to 6 people.
The gold lodge is equipped with a double bedroom, and two rooms with two single beds and a small double sofa bed in the lounge. The accomodation can sleep up to 8 people.
We supply duvets, pillows and waterproof covers for toddlers. You will need to supply duvets covers, pillow covers, sheets and towels. Bedrooms have cupboards and drawers for storage. There is a separate family bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The kitchens are equipped to a very high specification including microwave and all utensils, with a dining area able to seat six people comfortably. The large open plan lounge area features television and DVD player.
Both lodge have mains supply, with central heating in the platimun and gas fire heating in the gold lodge.
Waterside Holiday Park offers wonderful facilties including outdoor heated swimming pool, restaurant, bar, Kids Club (5-14 years), amusements, pool table and mini-mart.
A car parking space is allocated very close to the lodge.
Please note that both lodge are located on a hillside with stair access and therefore are not easily accessible for people in wheelchairs.
The lodges are located next to each other and can be hired individually. They are ideally located for friends and family to stay in.
