Caravan Park + Local Area Information

Welcome to My Caravan situated on Crimdon Dean, here you can see and read all the information, the gate way to your affordable holiday, as a family man and knowing it is not cheap these days to take the whole family away on holiday, I hire my Caravan out all year round (except the month of February) at very reasonable rates, Not only do I keep the costs down, I supply many things other private owners do not offer, for example: bedding, towels, free gas free electric, My caravan is situated on what is often referred to as the (elite end) on the Crimdon Dean Hoilday Park not too far from the historic Town Of Hartlepool Famous for its Marina and the Tall Ships events, the Caravan overlooks the sea!.
Enjoy the fantastic panoramic views. Crimdon Dean has a 4 Star rating, around the holiday park there are play area’s for the kids a swimming pool, all weather play area’s a Club/Pub/bars, Restaurant, site office, laundry, toilets shower room, and much more, to top all this! There are many coastal walks and many things close by to see, many places to visit, to name just a few!.
Durham city, Sunderland, Newcastle, The Metro Centre, Dalton Park retail outlet, Tweddle Children’s farm, golf, horse riding, Hartlepool Marina, the list is endless, up here in the North east there is always something going on all year round, the tall Ships the Sunderland Air Show, Monster trucks, fireworks display, the great North run, and this is just in the low season, book your holiday and explore the north east, at affordable rates. Bookings now being taken, to avoid disappointment please book early!.
There is a site office on the Holiday Park for most information, about site passes etc, you are welcome to use some things on the site for free, but for the club/pub/bars swimming etc. You will need to buy a site facilities pass! This is run by the site office, this is the only thing I do not supply.
Dogs are allowed on Crimdon Dean but must be on a leash at all times, doggy bags to be used as and when, obey normal good dog owners care for their pet’s rules. Although there is a laundrette on the site, if you don’t want to waste your holiday time washing clothes you could contact my daughter Clair! She runs a washing and ironing service, she will collect and deliver, then return your clothes the next day (wash dried & ironed) (POA)
Take away meals! The local Chinese/Indian/ Pizza take away shops will deliver to you at the caravan if you fancy a take away meal.
Breakages Loss or Damage: Accidents happen from time to time, this is understandable, don’t worry about this, 99% of time I can put this right at no extra cost to you, in the caravan you will find a Feedback questionnaire, please fill this in before you depart, if I know I can put it right!.
Weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Long weekends only when available (POA) £50 deposit per week required (none refundable if cancelled). Prices from £100 to £250 per week according to season. Balance to be 4 weeks before your holiday. Keys and access to the caravan from 4pm on arrival. Caravan to be vacated by 1pm on departure day. No pets allowed inside the caravan. No Smoking inside the caravan. Car parking for up to two cars beside the Caravan.
