Our lovely 2 bedroom caravan is located near Tiddington, just a mile from Stratford on Avon, and a couple of minutes from the River Avon on the Award Winning Rayford Caravan Site (one of the 3 sites of Avon Estates)
Our central heated and double glazed caravan is situated on Rayford Caravan Site in a central position with views through the poplar trees to open parkland.
One unusual feature is a large bathroom with a full size bath, walk in shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
We also have an additional washroom with toilet and hand basin.
We have 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, with a pull out sofa bed for extra Guests. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes
The kitchen has a double oven and hob, a fridge with an ice box, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils and crockery.
There is a dining area with a round table and ample seating, and a large lounge area, with a panoramic window .
The lounge also has an electric fire which is alo connected to the Central Heating, Freeview TV, a DVD player and CD player/Radio
There is a parking bay at the side of the caravan a patio area with table chairs and a gas BBQ.
