A fantastic 8 Berth Luxury Caravan. In a Prime location on the Haven site Perran Sands, in a mainly owners/privately rented area, directly overlooking the beach. Perfect for a family holiday.
The caravan has one large double bedroom & two twin bedrooms,there is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Cot and high chair available if required.
Provided for your convenience is an ironing board and iron should you need it. Duvets and pillows are also provided, but please bring your own linen. Alternatively it can be hired on site.
Lounge - with T.V, Free view DVD player & Stereo. Seating area & dining table with seating.
Kitchen with Gas cooker, microwave, fridge , kettle & toaster, iron & ironing board.
Shower room & separate toilet - Guests are asked to provide their own towels.
Decking area at front of caravan with picnic table for outside dining or simply enjoying the panoramic views!
The caravan is strictly non-smoking & no pets.
The caravan has a security alarm fitted, it is double glazed & has central heating.
The Perran Sands site is a Haven site and therefore has all of the entertainment you would expect including Childrens club, cafes, supermarket, crazy golf, indoor & outdoor pools etc.
Passes to use the facilities are availiable to purchase on site. However if this is not your scene the beach is a 5 minute walk for surfing, swimming or lovely long peaceful walks - a fantastic location which is highly recommended.
Along from Perran Sands beach is Perranporth which has many cafes, surf shops and a post office & bank etc as well as a lovely old fashioned boating lake.
Perran Sands Holiday Park is situated in 500 acres of conservation land which is mainly surrounded with sand dunes. This extends down to the Sandy beach at Perran Sands.
Truro is a 20 minute drive away if you fancy doing some shopping or going to the cinema, or a 10 mins drive from Perranporth will take you to Newquay.
I am unable to accept bookings from groups of aged under 21's as Perran Sands is a family park.
A £100 refundable damages deposit is required as assurance that the caravan will be left in the same condition as when the letting commenced. A £25 keys deposit (to be returned on receipt of the keys following your holiday- via signed for delivery) is also required.
Payment for holiday to be made in full- booking is not secured until payment & deposit's have been received. Following which a written receipt will be provided and posted to your address (to which the keys will also be sent along with full address details etc of the site).
Check in time is 4pm Saturday, check out time is 10am Saturday. Gas & Electricity costs are included in the price of your holiday.
This a lovely caravan, in one of the best locations on the site, the views are breathtaking - Book now to avoid disappointment!
