This 38 x 12 spacious 6-8 berth caravan is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto beautiful sand dunes, yet only a short distance from the shops and amenities. Private parking is available at the front of the caravan.
The facilities in this 'superior plus' caravan are special. It is double glazed throughout and has mains gas to ensure uninterrupted central heating and heat for cooking during your holiday.
The large decked patio area and ramp make it ideal for wheelchair and pushchair access, sunbathing or simply relaxing. With added wind protection the patio is perfect as an outdoor play area for young children.
Outdoor furniture provides the opportunity for dining in the sun or sitting watching the sunset.
A barbeque is provided for your use on the paved area below the decking, and the caravan is surrounded by well kept lawn. Beach equipment is provided for your use and includes body boards, wind breaks, 2 deck chairs and of course an assortment of buckets and spades.
The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and a walk in wardrobe. Further storage is available both sides of the bed and in two wall mounted cupboards. There is an alarm clock for the times you may want to catch the best waves or rise early to visit one of the many attractions in the area.
The two twin bedrooms have wall storage cupboards as well as under the bed storage space.
The family shower room contains a power shower, toilet and wash basin.
In the kitchen and dining area there is a microwave, full size gas cooker and fridge freezer, plus all the usual kitchen equipment.
The lounge has a pull out sprung double bed, a large LCD TV with freeview and a DVD player with lots of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. There is also a selection of games to keep everyone amused. A fan is provided for those very hot days, and a radio/CD player can give you that background noise and information about local events and the tide times.
An ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner are available for your use.
Also provided in the caravan is a list of places to visit by car or public transport.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the caravan, although smoking is fine on the patio (ash tray provided).
The regulations of the site stipulate that single sex parties are not allowed.
