A deposit of £100 is payable to secure your booking dates - £50 of which is none refundable should you cancel your holiday. Balance of payment must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your stay.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Two bedrooms (one of which with twin beds) both have brand new thick mattresses. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities which include a 5ft bath, WC and powerful shower. At the rear of the caravan is a second bathroom adjacent to the twin bedroom with powerful shower and WC. There is ample storage space throughout, Warm air central heating in all rooms.
Extras include iron/ ironing board/ children's travel cot/baby seat and patio furniture. The good-sized kitchen boasts a full size grill/oven and separate hob, microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment. Inventory includes crockery for 6 persons, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, pans and cookware.
There is ample parking directly outside the caravan for 2x cars and a private paved patio area with table and chairs, ideal for barbeques and relaxing outdoors.
This is an ideal base for touring and sightseeing the southern area of the Lake District and taking part in multi-activities.
PLEASE NOTE:
Passes to the leisure complex are NOT included.
Towels & Linen are NOT provided, but there are pillows and duvets for each bed.

"Just back from a very relaxing break in this lovely caravan. I loved the en suite bedroom, which was more like a hotel room, than a caravan bedroom. The location was an excellent base, with just a short drive to popular areas, we were also lucky with the weather, so spent a day just lazing by the outdoor pool on the site. A real home from home, looking forward to our next visit.
