The master bedroom has a comfortable five foot bed
a walk-in wardrobe and plenty of storage cupboards.
The twin bedroom has comfortable beds a wardrobe and plenty of storage space and clothes hangers.
There is a pull out double bed in the lounge.
Jack and Jill Bathroom with full size shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet in white.
Separate entrance hall, with shoe cupboard and coat stand.
Fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven and grill and appliances, adjoining dining area with table and four chairs. We do not have a washing machine or a dishwasher but there is a laundry room on the adjoining park.
Through lounge with door to the sun-deck.
large flat screen digital TV with freeview. The DVD player will also play music CDs

There are two adjustable sun-loungers chairs and a small table.
New bedlinen and wash towels are provided
Also tea towels and a dish- washing kit,toilet rolls and liquid soap.
There is a hair drier also a picnic blanket and a digital radio for use. You are welcome to carry our fold up chairs picnic blanket etc to the riverbank or on trips out.
We have books, games and DVD's
a Visitors book with a wealth of information about the area.
Guests from Felixtowe enjoyed Warwick Castle and Drayton Manor (Thomas the Tank). A couple from Liverpool enjoyed fishing and a revisit to Stratford Races.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Just two minutes from the banks of the river Avon, where you can sit at one of the picnic tables, or throw down a blanket under a willow tree and relax and watch the boats go by or do a spot of fishing which is very popular here. Stratford town is just a short walk away where there is a wealth of shops, pubs and restaraunts, and historical interest with Shakespeare and the theatres,as well as the ever changing scene of boats on the river and in the canal basin.
Rayford park has a clubhouse where there is live entertainment at the weekends in season.There is a pool table, amusements and a children s play area. There is also a bowling green.
Close by on the Riverside park there is a cafe serving breakfasts and meals at reasonable prices. There is a laundry room and there is a toilet block. This park also has touring caravans.
The village of Tiddington is just a short walk away, where there is a pub which serves good food, Chinese and Indian restaurants/takeaways, a Spar shop with post office, greengrocers/butchers and a cashpoint amongst other things.
Pickup points for river taxi are from the riverside park and also at the jetty on Rayford park.
Wellesbourne market is a ten minute car ride, and there are other markets nearby.
