Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Our 3 bedroom PLATINUM graded caravan is located in an exclusive and quiet area of Greenacres Holiday Park and adjoins the nature reserve which has direct access to Black Rock Sands. It is also only a short stroll to the clubhouse, indoor swimming pool, restaurant, bar and shop.
The facilities include a very comfortably furnished living area with two settees, dining table seating six, flat screen TV, DVD and soft wall lighting. One of the settees also converts into a double bed but we prefer to keep maximum occupancy to six persons. The modern open plan kitchen has a built-in fridger/freezer, microwave, modern gas oven, hob & extractor hood.
The shower room has a toilet and there is also a second toilet with wash basin and bathroom cabinet for extra storage.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, full length wardrobe and dressing table and the two further bedrooms have twin beds (which can be pushed together)and storage cupboards. Please note that the master bedroom is slightly different to the picture shown: The bed is square-on rather than at an angle with a little less space either side. Otherwise the fitted wardrobe, dressing table, stool and overbed reading lights are exactly the same.
We benefit by having mains gas and also have double glazing and central heating for those cooler evenings. A full length veranda with table and chairs runs the full length of the caravan.
Greenacres is ideal for family holidays and has a range of activities for both children and adults to enjoy. Black Rock Sands is stunning and if you wish, you can actually drive onto and park your car on the the sands but do remember to take the childrens kites!
There is also so much to see and do within such a short distance of Greenacres including the Snowdonia Mountain Railway, the famous Portmerion Village and the nearby towns of Criccieth and Harlech. There is also a delightful 18 hole golf course a couple of miles away and numerous scenic walks to enjoy.
Please note that duvets are provided and you can either bring duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels & tea towels with you or we can arrange for these to be provided by Greenacres at extra cost. The current rate for these are £10 per bedroom per week with a refundable deposit of £10. A set of towels would be £2.50 per week per person.
MEMBERSHIP: (Funwork Passes) giving access to the heated indoor pool, restaurant/bar, amusement arcade, crazy golf, splash area and evening entertainment currently cost as follows and can be paid for and collected upon arrival at Greenacres if required:-
Prices in 2010 for seven nights (1 week) were:
PEAK (School & Bank Holidays): Adult £30.00/Child £15.50
OFF PEAK: Adult £21.50/Child £11.25
There is 'capped rate' available if all guests require passes - please ask for details.
Rentals are for a MINIMUM of seven nights and are based on a SATURDAY arrival with entry after 2:00pm on the day of arrival and departure by 10:00am on the day of departure.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable breakage deposit of £50. |
