You will be staying in our "Brand New sept 2012 Top Of The Range Willerby Rio Gold". This is a beautiful, modern, comfortable caravan equipped with all your needs including: 32" LCD free view T.V, DVD Player, Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, One Double & Two Twin Bedrooms, Well Equipped Kitchen, Spacious Living & Dining Area, Shower & W.C, Also a Separate W.C, alarm, large metal tackle box, bed linen supplied, clean after your stay, Large Gated Decked Area 24ft x 8ft, with 6 seater patio set perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and ideal if you have young children.

All situated in a private gated residential area of Pine Forest with parking about 20 meters away across a paved path, making it easy to unload your luggage and fishing tackle. We are having a large metal tackle box ready for next season for a safe, secure place for fishing tackle. The caravan is also alarmed and linked to parkdean security for added peace of mind. The caravan & decking also boasts Beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. There is a large Galleon themed play area just a stones throw away, making Pine forest park very sought after for families with children and fishermen. Situated not far from the stunning 13 Award winning Fishing Lakes.

- Gas & Electric is included in your holiday price as are Pillows & Duvets.
- Entertainment passes can be obtained at reception at a cost of £10 Peak & £8.50 Off Peak, Under 2's are free.
- Bed Linen Provided.

White Acres is a 5* caravan park, set in the idyllic Cornish Countryside which hosts the following facilities:
On site shop stocking all your essential items, Takeaway Open 5pm 'til late, First Bite Cafe(Perfect for early morning fishermen), Amusement Arcades, Pool Tables & Mini 10 Pin Bowling. Newly Refurbished pub with outdoor Decked area, Several Outdoor Play Areas and an all weather indoor Play Area. The site also offers a daily kids club for 4 to 10 year old's.

At the On Site Club, the Evening starts with Children's Entertainment at 7pm, which is followed by Bingo at 9pm, then Adults Entertainment afterwards. There is an indoor swimming pool with toddlers pool, jacuzzi/hot tub & sauna. Also a well equipped Gym and hair/beauty Salon (booking required for Salon).

White Acres is one of the UK's premier fishing destinations, Consisting of 13 Lakes with:

- Roach
- Barbel
- Tench
- Bream
& Catfish

These provide excellent facilities for novices and well seasoned fishermen. Fishing passes are not included in the price but can be purchased at the Fishing Lodge. There is a Morrisons Store just a 5 minute drive away from the park & a local bus stop just outside the site with access into Newquay.

Newquay is just a short drive away with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs & beaches making it perfect for surfing, body boarding and all round family fun. Overall White Acres is an excellent park & once you've stayed, you'll want to come back year after year.

There is a deposit of £100.00 per week payable once booked (non refundable) with the full amount to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. You can enter the caravan at 2pm on your arrival date and vacate by 10am on departure Payment is by cheque or Bank transfer (account details supplied on booking conformation)
