We love our caravan, which is really our "home from home".Relax on our balcony, looking out over to Watchet and Minehead, or enjoy all the facilities on site, clubhouse, amusement arcade, shop, reception and pools. The area is also perfect to discover lovely walks and beautiful countryside.
Our caravan features all you want for a relaxing holiday by the sea at Doniford Bay, with its pebble beach which is perfect for rock pooling. The caravan consists of 2 Bedrooms (1 En-Suite), Bathroom with corner bath, Kitchen, Dining Area, Lounge and is Double Glazed and Centrally Heated with radiators throughout.
The lounge, which has double French doors opening onto the balcony, is very cosy, with freestanding lounge furniture, 2 chairs and a sofa, which converts to sleep a further two people.CD's and DVD's are there for your use whilst on holiday, and also some books, and games.
The caravan has laminate flooring throughout, (with the exception of the bedrooms, which are carpeted,) with rugs, so no need to worry about messy feet ruining carpets in the lounge or hall.
It is very spacious, with plenty of room to relax, and the balcony gives you the added benefit of an outdoor living space.There are patio chairs, table and parasol, should you need them, it also continues around the side of the caravan, and is gated for your privacy, and the safety of children.
It is well equipped with all mod cons, - microwave, modern oven, toaster and kettle,ironing board and iron T.V with Freeview, DVD Player Stereo system.
It is based in one of the nicest parts of Doniford Bay Holiday Park,with a front row site, giving you uninterrupted views of the sea and coastline, and the rolling Quantock Hills.
The caravan is only a short walk from all amenities, but in a very quiet area and only a matter of yards from the sea.
Duvets and pillows are supplied, but please bring your own bed linen ie.Duvet Covers, pillowcases, sheets, towels and Tea towels as these are not provided.You can hire bedding from Haven at a small charge if you wish.
Doniford Bay is situated about 8 miles from Minehead with its town centre and sandy beach, there is a bus from the site which goes to Minehead, take advantage of the Daily Return Ticket.
For all train enthusiast, the West Somerset Steam Railway is within walking distance.
The area is perfect for long walks, cycling or driving to explore the Quantock Hills, Exmoor, Lymington and Lynmouth, Dunster with its quaint market feel and castle, Watchet and Blue Anchor Bay with its sandy beach.
A bit further is Cheddar Gorge, and Wookey Hole.
Taunton is great for a day shopping for the ladies, and horse racing for the men.
You can walk along the beach to Watchet when the tide is out of course, and go to the lovely deli there for morning coffee.
Information on restaurants etc will be left at the caravan.
The caravan is available from 2pm on the day of arrival, to be vacated by 10.am on departure day.
Prices are exclusive of entertainment passes, as some holidaymakers, prefer to just use the caravan as a base to
explore the countryside.
Passes can be purchased from reception if required. Gas and Electric is included in the price.

A non refundable deposit of £75 per week, is required within 4 days of booking to secure the booking, the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date. If a late booking is made i.e. within 8 weeks prior to holiday date full payment will be required on booking confirmation.
Installments may me made as long as full payment is received 8 weeks prior to holiday.
Price EXCLUDES entertainment passes.

"Not having been to a caravan before, I could not believe how beautiful this caravan was. It is so comfortable, truly home from home, we relaxed straight away. The location could not be bettered, in a quiet part of the park, but only a 5 minute walk to all amenities, and the sunsets from this part of the world are out standing.Will definitely be returning."

"Wow what a great holiday, the position of this caravan could not be any better, beautiful views of the coast, but very quiet, and yet only a few minutes from the facilities.
Lovely little extras in the caravan makes it feel really homely, with games, CDs etc. Balcony is one of the biggest on the park, and looking at the sunsets from the balcony was lovely."
